Shepard being a good dancer would be like blasphemy. Not going to happen.

While I'm at it, anyone find the really dark humour (although it's not funny) in Mac Walters' piece on ME3 romances being called "The Roadmap to Love and Happiness"?

'Cause, y'know, there isn't much of the latter.

"tonight could be better"

:wub::wub::wub:

The Normandy scene seemed heart wrenching, I haven't read the ending spoilers but the video made me feel like that was the last time they would see each other, and Shep knew it.

On that note...I BETTER GET SUNSHINE AND RAINBOWS!!!!

Ok. **** it. Liara is not female. All those straight dudes have been romancing someone who's as anatomically correct as a Barbie this whole time.

To me endings does more meaning now if you look from romances perspective. Even sunshine and rainbows could be fine, if you consider over all story everything is just like they meant to be.

And we are still 8 days away from release.

I agree. Shepard is a bad ass in all aspects, except for dancing, and being able to leave a conversation politely.

You know I am just reading the review of a german magazine. And they gave no hint that the ending are really as bad as the spoilers make them sound, so I still have hope that the spoiler don´t contain the whole truth, and that you can have a better ending by a high readiness level or whatitscalled.

Also let´s face it EA wants to sell DLC, which means that they have to keep players playing. And those spoiled endings seem rather counterproductive to that goal.

Kaidan is for all intents and purposes, essentially, practically and basically (can I think of any other adverbs?!) confirmed for s/s in ME3.

Check the FftL spoiler group for awesomeness.

But, but, but... I can live with the second part (caused me to giggle), but he can't kiss boys and dance like that. Other gays will laught at him Posted Image. M.

That was some of the cheesiest, most stilted and cliche dialogue I've heard in a long time.

And still, what's with the 2 dialogue options only? Has anyone seen any dialogue wheels with 3 options (that aren't simply exploratory dialogue options, but actual final choice dialogue options)?

Unfortunately those really are the endings. SAFG posted the internal spreadsheets that had the distribution of endings + outcomes with Galactic Readiness points.

There's nothing better than what we've seen.

Well in that case I better purchase BioWare points for the definitely coming better ending DLC.
Really did the Developers not take notice about Divinity, Fallout3 and other games with disappointing endings ?

Players want to be awarded at the end of the game and not get punched in the gut. An RPG like ME3 needs at least one positive ending, otherwise why should the player even bother to play through the game a second time (unless he/she is a masochist I guess.)

Anyway we will know for certain when the game guide comes out.

Gay sex scene.

So clearly made by straight people, with straight people and actually for straight people, what it looks like. What's the point of having an exclusively gay romance, when the men behave like awkward straight people, flirting ridiculously silly and so blatantly obvious? They could have copied a FemShep romance just as well. Seriously, dancing in a club? With the man from New York? So much for cliches! Like they could talk so softly on the dancefloor with the music on. Quality control anyone? Cortez having dark skin is just tokenism at this point. Lots of movies and TV Shows do it. "If you have a gay charachter, might as well make him another minority, teeeh gayz won't mind and you get extra diversity points!" Meanwhile straight males only get white girls. So hypocritical! Next thing you know they'll have kids after the ending, but only girls, no boys, because of you know what - f***ing stereotypes, so offensive!

Also this is pretty much the leaked script dialogue, isn't it? Bad sign. Very bad sign. Unless someone found something male same-sex romance specific in Kaidans lines.

I can't dance worth a damn and I'd kiss men.

So, is everyone still driving themselves insane on here? Trying to avoiding touching ME1 or ME2 until Monday because I've already gone through both the last 2 weeks.. Outside of some DLC and finishing Arrival all I have left on the one I am playing first in ME3. So save it before I leave for midnight release.

Don't you worry!! if that was the case, I would just "take it like a man".

I hope the response from Bioware isn't silence, because this really almost makes me question the point of the series.

We invested so much in these characters (and I only have one or two, and don't do the whole 'create a fictional backstory' thing) - what about the people who have 16 Shepards and spend ten hours on their biography?

I'm bewildered that they spent so much time investing in a universe and scuplting fantastically rendered characterisation only to do... this. Or at least, not give players the option to avoid it.

Tragedy is all well and good as a literary device, but the point of video games is that the plot is malleable.

There's no choice in this.
