You're still confused, one has to go by what he responds to, and that's what one could have read from his little wannabe moderator intervention - that he doesn't want statistics/relevant factors/facts (all tied to Bioware's decision to include gay/bi/lesbo LI) being discussed.
The reaction was to THAT, not to what he writes in his diary or elsewhere.

I'm also not well mannered. I have a huge mechanical ****** I'd like to try on you. Maybe it would calm you down.

Perhaps it's a reflection of how disillusioned some are with anything Bioware does that even good-faith things like providing an exclusively lesbian option is dismissed as pandering to straight males. Or the tens (hundreds?) of hours of work required to put in Diana, Sam, Steve and Kaidan's s/s romances (as well as Liara and Kelly in ME/ME2) are apparently not done with good intentions, or can't make up for two games' worth of absence.

Well, it really wasn't my intent to sound ungracious or even disillusioned. I'm still going to buy ME3 and I'm actually extremely excited to play the game. I love Bioware games otherwise I wouldn't be here discussing them and waitng for ME3.  I also never discount the work that developers do because it is hard work.  I also like and respect the development team and said as much when I posted earlier.  Even though I critique something, it doesn't mean I don't like it or appreciate it.  Good things still have flaws and issues in them.  I don't see it as being dismissive or inconsiderate,  and I was just offering my perspective. 

Again, I'm not a hater.  I would never verbally attack someone or insinuate negative things about developers or any of that vile nonsense.  I'm also not mad or upset even.  This issue is a larger societal and cultural one on the whole.  Gaming is just one place to see it.

I get that you're defending that guy hoping you'll receive his little organic "******" one day... but I am sad for you because I know you'll be rejected like the countless times before so I'll send you this huge brand new mechanical ****** I was keeping for charity events such as this one.

Sure - my post wasn't aimed at you in particular, just an observation that we've seen a lot of cynicism about s/s romances recently, even from people who ostensibly wanted them in the first place. 

I mean, from SAFG's posts we know Sam and Steve went through multiple revisions in terms of their writing and appearance, they both have unique date scenes, cinematics, dialogue...

It's hundreds of hours of work, which is no mean feat. I guess I'm just surprised that people wouldn't take that as a show of good faith, and look for shadowy motives. 

(Not to mention that the writers are generally very public with their support of LGBT rights and the s/s romances in the game)

@Halarid: Nice, insult people for trying to warn and help you not get suspended for discussion outside of s/s romances in the game. Or for pointing out all arguements with him result in nothing, he'll dismiss any evidence you use, spout his same one which of course can't be dismissed the same way and ignore the fact that even 4% of 7 billion is still quite a large potential market for bioware to try tap into.
