Sure, but there still should be a new one, if Male Shep gets 2 new ones.

Not even that, it'd just be... bizarre if there weren't new LIs. Especially after they even gave femShep a tiny marketing opportunity.

I was the one that sent him that tweet and it is odd to say the least if Femshep that killed off Kaidan has no options to romance men in ME3. I hope his tweet was genuine and he answered my tweet directly but It doesn't look like it right now. I will call him out on it after we find out though next week. Since you probably can't even start a new romance with Garrus in ME3 how about new players that start playing in ME3 there only option is to keep Kaidan alive or tough luck?

I like Kaidan but doesn't mean I want to romance the guy every single time I play as femshep. Jacob fans get screwed over, so that leaves me with Kaidan, Garrus and thane for a brief time? Something seems off to me.

It seems odd but I didn't see anything else for femshep from what I saw, I hope she gets someone as a new male LI and I'd be okay with anyone at this point. In any rate if a straight femshep wasn't going to get any new options they should of told us ahead of time.

Vega really isn't a romance option. All he does is flirt with Shepard and that is it, they even took out the measly lines at the end where Vega says Shepard means a lot to him. He is a shamless flirt option but that is hardly fair when you compare it to Allers whom a straight male shep can sleep with while in a relationship with anyone or otherwise. ( I checked the new tlk. its still possible).

/rant.

Sorry I am kinda frustrated about this. Though I'd be okay if Coats magically turned out to be a LI considering I was the first one to know about him. ;P

It's more of how he's reacting to Shepard when he's questioning his involvement with Cerberus. He doesn't have a stand off with Shepard, or simply question him. He goes off to the side, and is concerned. He won't even look him in the eye. And questioning him pains him, and needs Shepard to give him a clear answer. It seems more like a scene written for a female character, and not a male character. Especially not a character like Kaidan, who I don't think would be that emotional about it.

But that's just my opinion. e

I sympathize. Maybe Bioware believes they are catering to the ladies since several straight ladies have announced on this thread that they like to play gay male characters.

Now why are there so many "straight" male and lesbian options again?

This whole time I thought you were talking about animations. None of that seemed off for me, frankly, Shep's awkward side-leaning on the fence seemed more "feminine" than all of that put together. And even that didn't seem feminine at all. Also, sensitivity / feeling hurt over something =/= femininity.

I've heard things that are so bad Gwen's solo stuff isn't anywhere near the "hilariously bad" category for me. That said, I find Wind It Up very irritating.

Actually in Australia the highest gamer demographic is the woman over 18.

I don't think so. Kaidan was always the type that held back, and tried to be more professional. Especially with Male Shep. Femshep even makes a point that he's always holding back.

Maybe. I have and don't mind playing s/s leads or romancing them I just have always preferred playing FemShep over MaleShep considering making good looking malesheps is really hard compared to femshep imo.

Honestly they couldn't of told us ahead of time if a femshep that killed off Kaidan would only have female options? Would of made me less frustrated to say the least.
