I dont think I can bring myself to finish the game a second time for a while lol

though i did plow through the game really fast (and 100% everything except MP)

I already know I won't do 100% of everything since I didn't have dinner with kelly in ME2 so she dosn't even appear to me in ME3, which also means no fish bonus. Also, I already failed a couple of Citadel missions. Hanar Diplomat bugged on me with no way to fix it, and 2 others I simply had no idea what to do since the Journal sucks sweaty balls in ME3.

Ohh well. Will try to do that on second playthrough

I'm a firm femShep/Kaidan fan myself, to the exclusion of any other pairing, but I can't understand why they didn't make Ashley romanceable for females, since...well, VS and all that.

Testament to the vocal mShep/Kaidan fans, I guess! Congratulations!

well by 100% I meant 100% everything I could do from what I imported (Kelly died in ME2 so no fish for me...)


and yes the journal sucks ass(why doesnt it update and why the hell does it open in the middle of all my completed quests instead of the top of the page?) and not the good kind of ass sucking either

I have a question for FemSheps playing with modded file and romancing Ash.
Can you progress the relationship til the romance scene at the end of the game or is it just at the beginning of the game and in the hospital that femshep says things that MaleShep would have said?
I'm curious. I tried myself, but it didn't work - maybe I missed something, since I kinda rushed with the game.
I'd appreciate any help.

Because of the silly Amazon/Origin incompatibility issues my ME3 had, I had to uninstall it and am currently in the process of re-downloading it from Origin.

However, I would love to once it's complete. I've been looking for people to Multiplay with as long as they aren't super elitist and willing to just have a good time.

the journal really does suck. And the Hanar Diplomat bugged out on me as well. This website here though offers walkthroughs of the sidequests...how to get them, whether they need to be done before Priority: Citadel 2 starts, etc...

The voice files don't exist for female Shepard.

Activating "embracement of eternity" somehow rearranges Asari genes (chromosomes, if they have those) or might just alter activation/silencing of certain genes. For example, a simple analogy (not entirely accurate, but it will do). You have one blue gene and one brown gene for your eye colour. You got brown eyes, because brown dominantes blue. However, after reshuffling of your genes after "eternity embracing", you loose one brown gene, but get another copy of blue gene from your own (your own blue gene gets duplicated and takes place of the brown hgene which you lost in your egg cell). Your offspring will have blue eyes (and no brow genes; the genes are all from you, but in different arrangement).

But hermafroditism in their case comes rather from ability of their nervous system to "act as a male trigger" when mating with another Asari. Simply, they are physically and phisiologically female, but mentally hermaphodites, because their nervous system during the mating can act as male or female (donor or recipient)... I don't know how to explain better... M.

p.s. molecular population genetics and microbiology (or rather mycology... you should see the fungal reproduction systems... Asari are cimple compared to those)

But that goes back to my orgiinal question I posed, that you didn't answer. If a human female were to act as a "father" for an Asari child, does that make the human woman in question a hermaphrodite? By the explaination you give your theory it seems the answer is yes.

But surely the act of communting telepathically or engaging in some sort of telepathic bond shouldn't radically change your brain gender (this is of course purely hypotheothical, as telepathy as yet to be proven).

There's been no official word, so I'd treat that totally as a rumour. I wouldn't expect an explanation for a long time, if ever.

Sorry if this has been asked already, but the idea of having to sift through 900+ pages to find an answer is a bit daunting.

I'm wondering if there are any consequences for cheating on your LI in ME3. My fem Shep has stayed faithful to Liara since ME1, didn't hook up with anyone in ME2, but Just recently in my game I was given the option to sleep with Traynor (lulz, shower scene) , and then immediately after, Allers was flirting with me. I loaded my game, but now I'm wondering if these go unrecognized by Liara later or if she actually notices/gets pissed.

People love to compare ME3 and DA2 because they think they are both bad games. However I think ME 3 awesome so far. It is the most depressing game I have ever played. It is obvious Shep has great strain on him and dragging himself thru things. Feels barely living. Only thing good in his life is LI (at least for my main, Matt & Kaidan).

I keep remembering "Show Must Go On" while playing the game. Not the song's original version but Moulin Rouge one. Zindler being Hackett and Satine being Matt.

Yeah and as you can guess I play the game mostly on verge of tears, finding consalation in little victories (like being able to keep alive Jack and Grunt). I love how people care for Shepard; Liara and Samantha are awesome in that department. So far all others like same old crew mates you need to interact to get a reaction. So maybe f/f romances will be more awesome.

DA 2 never achieved that stage of despair, loss and force yourself to carry on through. Even DA:O couldn't capture it. It is hard to play, true. But it is also one of the best games Bioware or gaming industry in general, presented me in a long while.

Just wanted to take this out of my chest.

As a side note: Started my renegade shep run a bit last night. When he went all renegade on Ashley you could see how that devastated her. Well played. Who are the new romance options for Male Sheps? I play my renegade shep as a jerk who doesn't care about what people's feelings. After cheating Ashley with Jack, Miranda and kinda with Tali he needs new lives to ruin.

As far as I'm concerned people need to get over not being able to romance Ashley with a Fem!Shep. Lesbian romance has been in the game since its conception because of Liara, and don't you try feeding me the "Oh well she's an alien whose race are all female so the concept of a lesbian doesn't translate to them.," line. Bottom line is that in Mass Effect 3 both male on male, and female on female relationships were given one main party LI and one supporting character LI. Lesbian romance was given Liara for the main party and Traynor for the supporting characters, and then I lucked out as a gay male and was given Kaidan Alenko (drool) for a main and Cortez for a support.

Just be happy that homosexual LIs are offered at all is what I'm getting at really, because goodness knows there are some ignorant fans out there who would have rather seen them never get off the ground.

What a jerk, I am so not telling you!    Your optionare Kaidan and Cortez, a fling with Allers or restarting/startting a romance with a squadmate from a previous game.

Ok, as really terrible and disappointing as the endings are... I was really surprised at how well done the Kaidan romance was. It made me very happy. Kaidan's s/s romance didn't get the shaft, but Shepard sure did!

I hope we get an expansion or even a Mass Effect 4 so the relationship can expand even further.
