Haha...I also missed the good ol'
elevator chats...at one point I spent about 30 minutes going up and
down, up and down, just to hear the banter...my squad must have thought
that I was a 6 year old who liked pushing elevator buttons or had a fear
of open spaces :P

I did the same thing in DAO.  I remember entering and leaving a house in the alley where you kill
Leliana's ex so I could hear all the banter between Alistair and
Morrigan and some others.  Such awesome awesome dialogue.

My place for banter viewing on DA:O was the bridge leading to Arena on Orzammar. As you can also freely change party on that floor of Orzammar.

Edit: Forgot to add my second favorite couple after Alistair/Morrigan; Zevran/Wynne. Zevran's hitting on Wynne makes me laugh out loud everytime I hear those banters.

Gah, hahaha, I wish you could do Grissom later in the game. Hearing Jack's bluntness to Shepard's sexuality would have been awesome. She's so inappropriate."So Shep, you're takin it up the... eh? That's kinda hot, can I watch?" They really need more banter :( Kaidan would be mortified.

Edit: Have any of you guys gone for Steve? Does he get some extra dialogue like when he's dropping you off on missions or what have you? I remember people mentioning in the leaked script that he comments on Shep's ass or something.

Ah. Pretty typical of Bioware bisexual male love interests to prefer women. Alas.
I even noticed that Kaidan comments on EDI's sexy body while the M/M romance is active.

Shepard also made a remark about EDI's voice at the Cerberus base implying he thought it was sexy and that was with Kaidan sanding right beside him.  I didn't like that <_<

Hmm I am very okay with those two. I can comment on how sexy a lady looks or comment his lovely voice (like I always do for Claudia Black or Kylie Minogue) so it's normal. Some people are sexy beyond gender restrictions. Maybe real reason is I am agree with both comments and would say same thing. That doesn't mean I am digging those women. I never ever felt anything sexual towards a female in my life. Sexapeal is just a fact of life and matter of perception just like beauty.

Don't get me wrong, I find woman attractive in a non-sexual way of course.  I think Japanese singer (or Goddess as I like to call her) Hamasaki Ayumi is the most gorgeous thing on Earth female wise, and was only better in real life.  I just thought the way Shepard said it was a bit ....slu-tyy?  I can't find the right word.  Like it made him "excited".  I meant the comment in a joking way though I mean how could he flrit with a friggin robot when Kaidan is right there? And after that sweet "you're real enough for me" line at that.

I am 10 hours into my Cortez romance play now and I am seeing things I think I missed the first time.  I went to speak to Joker and EDI in the cockpit and instead of the usual "Hey, Shepard" from EDI the first thing I got was "Sheapard, you're staring", hahaha, not in a thousand years!  Although Vega did mention some staring "making him nervous" when he was playing poker in the holding bay/refugee camp on the Citadel.  Now that is highly likely.  Said during the tattoo scene would have been more appropriate I think :P   The talk with Sam about strategy games flew right over my head the first time too.

Sam: "I like the feeling of something "hard" in my hands"
Shep: "Well at least now I know your weakness"
Sam:"We should play, EDI doesn't "sweat" while playing"
Shep: "You sweat while playing chess?"
Sam:"Depends on how much fun we are having"

Subtle as a sledgehammer.  I wonder how many guys were pi**ed when they were turned down?

I'm only starting my second playthorugh, but I heard Steve has quite a few of flirt lines when you commit to him, can't wait to hear myself

I could so see Jack's dialogue going like this;

JACK: So Shepard, you like taking it up the a***, knew there had to be a reason why you wouldn't f*** me.

Oh yep I did that too!  I remember Oghren's "So you and the boss man eh?" to Zevran on the bridge in the 360 version very well.  So I just kept entering and leaving the proving hall to reset the dialogue so I could hear more.  I never had Wynne during my 360 play but had her in the PC version when I did the modded Alistair romance.  She kinda runined it for me with all that talk of babies and "her", lol

My fav Oghren line other than trying to have drunken sex with my male warden was calling Anders "sparkle fingers" in Awakening, classic Oghren right there.

I had the exact same thought further up, how I would love it to be in the game.  Except I would change "wouldn't" to "did not want to" as I turned her down twice.  The first time I played I did her romance, I thought it was great.  Jack was awesome.

Haha, yeah. I love how everyone's opinion on Jack did a 180 when they saw how great she turned out to be in 3. Silly people. I always enjoyed her special kinda crazy.

Or how about;

JACK: If I knew you swung that way I would have brought a strap-on.
JACK: So do you think you and the boy scout would be up for having me watch, or should I start hacking into EDI now for a live feed.

I have very hard time understanding majority of people. To me Tali and Garrus were most annoying/boring characters in ME2(not counting Jacob). However Jack and Miranda while are hard to understand at the begining best characters from that game right after Mordin.

Tali turned out more matured and cool in ME3. Don't have high hopes for Garrus tho'.

I agree about Tali but god I love Garrus.  Unlike some people I am not interested in having him as a romance character (those teeth, I don't want to subject Shep to that) but I really loved their friendship, especially in 3.  The bro date and goodbye, especially the goodbye, so good.  I cried at his farewell speech possibly even more than Kaidan's.

No kidding, I loved her just from the ME2 demo.  I can just imagine the kind of party banter she and Mirranda could have had.

I like Garrus, but forcing him as your Sheps BFF and eternal sidekick reach new levels in ME3, and I thought it couldn't get worse after first 2 games

Ah that is great. Now I am happy I let him die on my Main Shep's run.

His BFF is Liara. That gift sequence really touches so deep... best portrayal of friendship, from here to stars.

I'll take a forced Garrus BFF over the constant attempts to force Liara onto Shepard as much more than a "BFF" anyday ;)

This is what I liked on Kaidan romance scene. Better than revealing Zevran romance scenes. Frozen thinks Kaidan is bottom, Daashi thinks he is top and I like to think they took turns. Everyone happy. Posted Image

-.- alot can be said about the different luffstuff options and so on... but bioware did get something right.

I actually felt a big effin sting of jealousy that under certain circumstances garrus would hook up with tali...

You can imagine a somewhat better voiced mental version of darth vaders "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" from the prequel going on.

Game can't be that bad when it does hit nerves like that...

I think the same thing  Kaidan was top first though

That's the whole problem, 99% of people think it was amazing, more than amazing for 99% of the game.  The last 1% was so bad because it made the whole series seem pointless and people like me feel they will never be able to play it again because of that.  Nothing has ever had such emotional impact on me as ME3 because it pulled emotion from 3 games all at the same time but the ending.....it killed it all for me.  I can't even properly express why it killed the series for me in words.  I hope something is said soon.

That's pretty much how I would have liked it to be.  Having characters like Chakwas, Garrus and Joker commenting on how it took them so long to finally get together when everyone else "knew" and females like Liara being happy for you and admitting she always knew she never had a chance.  I can imagine Jack saying something like "So that's why you never tried to bone me" with one of those smartar*e Jack smiles.

Having party chatter about Hawke's lovelife in DA2 is one of the reasons I wish they never took out the lift loading scenes from ME1.  That was the only time you ever had Dragon Age style party banter.

I would've loved more commentary from other people in-game about the Kaidan S/S romance too, the only one I can remember at the moment is Javik... and of course there's the subtle tension between Liara and Kaidan on Mars when Liara is all like, "The Major has become very competent" or something. haha

btw does Kaidan have banter with other people on the Normandy besides Liara, James, Adams and Tali? Kaidan talks to Liara about biotics over the intercom, he plays poker with James, talks with Adam after Thesia and makes some awesome banter with Tali about the models of omni-tools if you choose to bring Kaidan on one of the Rannoch missions (I loved this conversation, it was kinda awkward watching them have "brand wars" lol).  I don't remember any other conversations between him and EDI, Garrus, Chakwas, Steve, or even Joker (even though Joker does comment on Kaidan sometimes).  I'm just looking for more Kaidan content on my 2nd playthrough so I'm absolutely sure I don't miss anything. :D

I can't think of anything other than what you have mentioned but I am picking up more things with this Steve play I am doing at the moment so hopefully that works with Kaidan too ^_^

I had him with me almost the entire time which meant lots of mission dialogue (well a bit anyway).  Missions like Thesia are better if you have Javik with you and there was no way in hell I would take anyone but Kaidan with me to ***** on the mission to get Javik, that was such an awesome nostalgia moment.  I am wondering if there are more missions that open up more story if you have a certain character with you.  Kaidan on the Cerberus mission is a must.  I don't think I had Liara with me at the monestary but I guess that could be one.  I am looking forward to seeing if there is different dialogue between Shepard and Steve in the shuttle as well.

A bit off topic but speaking of Joker, I thought he was cut to almost nothing in ME3 after getting expanded on so much in ME2.  I expected him to play a bigger role and have more dialogue but EDI stole it all.

I am very happy about it. He was annoying on ME2. I was afraid I have to listen his annoying comments too often but Steve stole most of his role I guess.

I love how destroy end left him without his sex bot. That will teach him to get me spaced on ME2 and bickering about loosing a ship when my ass under fire.

Somehow I don't like undiciplined crew members in this game, probably due to my military training. Kaidan and Ashley maybe two persons who can abuse their closeness but they don't. However that stupid pilot and next to nothing Lt. Vega think they can act like they wanted.

Maybe it's because I love sarcastic characters and Joker had it in spades. I can't imagine anyone other than Seth Green as Joker.
