Can I ask what was homophobic? Just so I know how I should watch myself. (I come from a country where a brand of cheese is called ******, so I do have some problems in figuring out what is and isn't a proper thing to say. I also know that it wasn't me who was unintentionally homophobic, but I want to avoid any future issues.)

Don't own an iPad so can't sympathise, I am however constantly struggling with typing on my laptop.

It's just the implication that homosexual porn is somehow worse than heterosexual porn (or anything else), and that the people of Cerebus would react more negatively. If Joker was going to send anything to Cerebus to annoy them, why wouldn't he just send his entire porn collection? Why send only what he captured of that one particular specific couple?

I am completely prepared to admit that it might just be me being overly sensitive to subtext. Which means sometimes I see stuff that isn't there. 

You and I probably come from the same country, by the way.  I used to eat ****** cheese on a regular basis.

The iPad hates the message interface, I have trouble quoting on it. Fortunately I am now back at home and on my PC.

the "Equal love" mod is the single best thing that happened to DAO - period
I don't think I ever played a straight character in any Dragon Age game ... it was a good thing Anders wasn't available in DAO-A or I would have been torn between my love for Alibear and Anders ...

First, that Jacob/Sheploo scene looks very nice.

Secondly, yes I agree Equal love is one of the best mods. I also very fond of Ser Gilmore one. He was my insta-crush on first Human Noble run.  Human Noble origin let's you see all hot males in game (Gilmore, Damien (that human noble son), Alistair and Zevran) and with mods you are able to taste all of them.

You can sleep with Damien without the mod. Human noble can have sex within the first couple of minutes of game regardless of their sex. M.

I think Liara wouldn't be interested in that video UNLESS Shepard featured on it. She's been obsessed with him since Therum. Although, I was pleasantly surprised by how unpushy she was in ME3, in fact she made such a good friend, I even feel like romancing her as m!Shep in a future3 playthrough.

Now I'm curious about this ****** cheese...

I was talking about Alistair and Ser Gilmore when mentioned modding. Zevran and Damien are given.

Anyway if anyone didn't tried Ser Gilmore mod before here is a linky. I can't remember if I have ver.2 or not. Hmm a reason to replay DA:O.

I hope I can remember how to mod save files. My biggest problem with Human Noble origin was not being able to choose Mage class. I can headcanon my warden was apostate son of a noble family with save fix (Yes, I know that story sounds awfully familiar).

Edit: Ser Gilmore is romanceable by both genders if anyone wonders.

There are DAO spoilers after the quote. I am not sure if I'm allowed to spoil things here, and DAO is a pretty old game... But common courtesy would suggest that maybe there are some people on this planet who haven't played that game yet, and who might do so in the future, and thus providing a warning would be the polite thing to do.

That's Dairren, not Damien. You can also sleep with him no matter what your gender (same with Iona, Lady Landra's elven handmaid, for that matter)... Sadly, they're both dead by the end of the origin.

Iona is the reason why I've played through the human noble introduction... more times than I care to mention here lest I look crazy. (She's got these awesome turquoise eyes... What can I say?)
Also, I don't think Ser Gilmore is on the table to be slept with by anyone, regardless of gender... so to speak. 

ETA: Oh... So there's a mod for Ser Gilmore... Cool.

Hah thanks for correcting that. I am awful with names.  If his fate was different he could be my main romance in DA:O.  Hmm but there is also Gilmore. It seems so hard to be a Human Noble and not go gay with all hunks around.  

Edit: I told you I am awful with names. Keep writing Gilbert instead of Gilmore.

Edit 2: Oh my! I imagine my Warden calling him Gilbert during romance scene. I had my moments like that in Real Life, I hope my Warden's better than me.

Same for me here. Shame you could see her again after THAT night.

Yes, the mod is called "Sir Guilmore Companion mod" or something alike. And tbh, the guy voicing him makes way better work than Chobot in ME3. I hate to go to the engineering bay just beause of her. But the EMS and the fun of ditching her after her comment on Kaidan's staring is worth it.

@Frozen83: Who is *spoiler*??? I thought every LI on the Normandy got stranded no matter what (even dead ones). Or maybe your just talking about DAO.

Well that would all depend on exactly what happened to the rest of the crew. 

My ending had Joker, then Liara (LI and was with me on Earth) and Ashley (the other squad mate I had taken with me on Earth) walk out with him. How many crew does the Normandy carry normally? Some would obviously not survive the battle or the crash, but would there be enough genetic diversity to carry the human race on? I'm not an expert... But would a single Asari would be enough to repopulate her race, if she had other, non-asari, to "kick start" her gestation? (And the gestations of her daughters?) I think it might be.

Ugh, not on topic... So... Umm... one of my favorite non-Shep parings from fan fiction is Ashley and Liara...

Ah! ok. Yes, I think it's not fair Shepard has to end up alone no matter what, whilst they can be/starve to death/whatever together. I think every couple end up together at least in one of the endings except for Shepard/LI. Even Doctor Chackwas and engineer Adams, and Liara and Javik, which seem to have certain chemistry beween them, could end up together. Depressing.

Lucky me, I always exit the game right before Marauder Shields shows up, and make up my own happy ending. It's the only way to replay this game, imo.

I alwasy thought that the crew that emerges are only a metaphor for "they all survived, but the rest are stil inside". Four can step out? Hmmm... Well, there's a goal for my Samancer, if I ever manage to sort out her playthrough. (I had started one, then realized that the "default" ending for ME2 was not to my liking, so started a ME2 playthrough... not sure if I'll ever get through it. )

@Bas_kon: I have to say, I didn't really see any chemistry between Javik and Liara. Javik seemes to see all of the current races as children, Asari included... And Liara seems overly frustrated and turned off by the Prothean's selfish/evilness. I honestly can't see Liara hooking up with him.

After the first interview, if you choose paragon (and are already in relationship) she says "awww, but no, this is all I came for", if you choose renegade (AND ARE ALREADY IN RELATIONSHIP) she goes "you think I was flirting, of course you thought that" ... I have her just on board for PR.
I think on synthesis if you have enough EMS Joker, EDI, LI and BFF step out. M.

I am currently running modded Kaidan romance, Thane romance and Miranda romance playthroughs. However really curious about Diana romance. She is kinda funny if her looks are bit off (still think she looks like a lifeless doll/botox victim).

I guess nothing can be worse than Samantha porn scene or Thane romance but it remains to be seen.

What kind of person asks for sex to a man whose dying lack of oxygen in his blood. I can be wrong but lack of oxygen in his blood will be fatal during a sex act, right? That feels so wrong.

With Thane, Jacob, lack of Ashley as s/s option, Samantha's porn scene and lack of new male LI in ME3, I really start to think someone didn't think ME also have female players while designing this game.

I don't know... She kind of flirts with him when he says the "they used to eat flies" line. And right after that, he's always calling her "your asari" to Shepard even if he's with someone else, as if he was jelous. I suppose I saw the relationship between them like a love-hate one. For me it makes more sense than Kaidan/Liara since Kaidan stated in the first one he wasn't into her (unlike with m!shep ).  But at the end it's all headcannon, I suppose.

I'm curious, but I could never set things up to see if that works out; I don't begrudge Kaidan some happiness, especially if I'd romance someone else, but ... with Michel (if it's true that is ...)
