If Jack comes back with hair, what collor would you like it to be? I think she'd be beautiful anyway but I think her hair would be perfect if it was brown.

It'd probably be brown, but some blondes have brown eyebrows.  Just sayin'.  Blonde Jack would be...interesting.

Please, please, please not a blonde. lol If Jack  is about primal power and independence, I see red being the first choice with a brunette coming in as a close second. Hey wait a minute, I'm sorry, got a little ahead of myself. I still adore the shaved look. Please continue.

Please, stereotypes aside, blondes can be those things, too.

No, no, no. I never said anything about her being blonde as some kind insult of towards the individual. I even described my reasons for why I chose redhead and those weren't stereotypical, just how I see the color reflected for her nature. But in the end like I said, I prefer Jack shaved. Sorry if imy words were interpreted as me giving a negative reason as why she shouldn't be blonde.
Edit: Typed too fast, made a correction.

Maybe if there was a scenario where Shepard ends up sacrifing himself for Jack to defeat the "last" Reaper or something (I know, cheesy - just for the sake of the suggestion), they end up showing a scene, where you see Jack and a distinctive tattoo representing Shepard at the end or something.

Jack would hate Shepard for that though. If were going to go down this road, and depressing as it is, Jack would sacrifice herself for Shepard. And who would have thought that scared young woman we found on a prison ship, someone that thinks only for herself, would make the ultimate sacrifice for another person.

I've always imagined her as a natural ginger myself.
But if she was to have hair she'd probably dye it some non-natural colour (blue, pink, etc)

I agree with you, I was just suggesting that for the tattoo idea I brought up.   Hopefully something like that doesn't happen because I don't think I could actually play through it.  I had trouble having Legion die on my first ME2 playthrough

This. My Shepard is a blonde, and she's as strong and independent as they come. It really depends on the cut and the type of blonde. Obviously Jack wouldn't have long golden ringlets or anything, that's not really her style. :P

That would be sad and bring this epic space odyssey to a tragic end...however I would say it would be an amazing end to the story for both characters.

LOVE IT.

That said, I'm too lazy to look back for it, but someone mentioned an idea of Jack going berserk ape-sh*t on a reaper and actually bringing one down with her own biotics.  That would be awesome, but what I think would be great is if she did it to protect Shepard and the rest of the crew.  Like a final affermation that she has actually found something close to a home.  People she can trust and a guy she cares about and protects as much as he cares and protects her.

Shepard: Everyone, run!  Get everyone to safety!

*Jack stops and just stands there, staring at the giant reaper overhead*

Shepard:  Jack!  C'mon!  We can't do anything more here!  We need to go!

Jack:  No......I got this....

Shepard: Ja......!  *Shepard's voice is cut short but a reaper particle beam hitting the ground between them which sends Shepard flying.  Jack glares at the reaper, a snarl forming on her face*

Jack: "I WILL DESTROY YOU!"  *she runs toward the reaper, biotic energy eminatting from her form, she shoves her hand forward and a visible mass effect field strikes the reaper, powerful enough to engulf and trap it.  Her teeth are bare as she concentrates her rage.  She raises and twist her hand as the reaper's massive body bends along her will as if in a morbid, choregraphed move.  Blood begins to drip down her nose. She lifts her other hand and grabs onto the air as if pantomiming crushing a can while the bottom half of the reaper crumbles in thin air.  Jack screams a combination of anguish and anger out her lungs as she tears her hands away from each other in a singular motion as all watch the giant beast before them rip in two.  Shepard recovers from the reaper's blast just seconds ago to see the sentient warship falling to the ground in shreds.  His eyes are quickly diverted to an obviously weak and worn Jack falling to her knees, her eyes shut from pure exhaustion.  He rushes to her side and catches her before she hits the ground.

Shepard:  Jack?  Jack!  C'mon, baby, wake up!

Jack: *groggy* Hahahahahaha, I got him, babe.......I got that son of a b*tch......

ANNNNNNND SCENE!  :D

I'll never tell you who that unidentified individual is! Bwhahahaha!!!

I had a nightmare this morning, it was so scary that I woke up. (Ok, 90% of what I dream are nightmares, 10% are television ads).
I dreamt that Bioware finally revealed Jack's new look and she had super-long, ridiculous she-hulk like blonde hair and was wearing something similar to Fenris' armor, covering all her nice tats. That dream was so f*cking ridiculous that I woke up and thought "wait what?".

Speaking of hair color, I think it will be similar to her eyebrows i.e. dark brown. Reddish-brown could be ok too.
Also, her skin tone doesn't look like someone with red or blonde hair (compare her to Kelly Chambers for example).

It's the scene where she tells you about Murdock and you go into the romance. Shepard gets a little too close for Jack's comfort :kissing:

Hahah you mean this?

Image IPB

I didn't think about why he was so close. I'm going to assume it's canon :D

And I don't know about "I love you"'s. It's probably something everyone will want and it might be unfair if one romance didn't have it while others did.

But didn't Miranda already got it and I think so does Jacob. It wouldn't be hard to implement, and it'd be especially awesome if you could say "I love you" but based on your decisions they might not return it. That would be epic :D

spiros9110 wrote...
Oh, I wonder, would she add a new tattoo somewhere because of her whole experience with Shepard and the
crew, during the evens of ME2

So many possibilities, I never thought of that. Hopefully Shepard or Jack don't need to die to see it

I don't think the kills that Jack considered "good ones" were negative to her, she enjoys killing.

True, but it'd be both odd and awesome to have a symbol for your lover among the many symbols of death and imprisonment. Then again, if Shepard happens to be renegade, another skull tattoo would just add to the theme.

Hahahahahahahah!!!! This one's new to me. What a perfect reaction image to that minific, which was also great :P
You see, this is why Jack is the best bodyguard for Shepard and why any Reaper plot for her would have to be ridiculously hammed up.

@Epantiras

Agree with you about her hair "matching" her skin-tone, and how ridiculous your dream was :P

I don't think Jack will dye her hair neon, if at all. I think that would be more "punk" than Bioware wants to implement, since she's already got a punk-ish haircut. I don't mind either way, I think it'd look cool as hell, but doesn't seem like a direction they would take.

I assume that if Jack is becoming "calmer," she'd want to break the conditioning done to her, at Teltin, where she associates killing with pleasure (this is why she's not crazy, for anyone who needs to tell someone else off for calling Jack psychopathic/sociopathic). Or, at least, not until after the Reaper Wars.

I've always been so confused at why she is called a psychopath. Even with all her problems, she never once seemed crazy to me. She just seems like damaged goods. Everything about her makes sense. Crazy people DON'T make sense. But she makes sense, so how is she crazy? She was abused and conditioned under such terrible circumstances, it's no wonder that she has disorders, but she isn't crazy. She's just a beautiful mess. If she were crazy, we'd all be confused by her killing habits and wouldn't be able to conclude that it is entirely logical for her to be the way she is because of the way she was treated. What does Jack ever say (or do) that anyone can say only a psychotic lunatic would do (other than romance Shepard, j/k j/k)? I think anyone who views her as crazy is lacking in the empathy department (much like a sociopath).

BTW I stole your signature:D not sure if you're the one who made it, but it is awesome!

That's actually a bit misleading. Crazy people often do make sense along certain paths of thought. Their problem is often being able to balance those lines with other counter-influences. It's a loss of (healthy) perspective quite often, but not a loss of reasoning.

Where was this a month ago when I was trying to write about Jack in a slinky little party number?!? I got really stuck on trying to make something work for her. She needed something for when the entire squad in my fic went all Ocean's Eleven on Miranda's father. She was with the Commander, having to wear something to a sort of socialites' ball.

In the end I gave her a scarlet dress that was backless, was fastened around her neck with a choker, and had sleeves that ended in fingerless gloves, with the hem hanging somewhere around her knees/upper shins, and a pair of black stilettos that had heels that looked more like knives. Still not 100% on it, but the end result is a lot better than a lot of the things I came up with before it.

Also, I'm keen to hear any opinions people have about my portrayal of Miss Nought in the latest chapter. There are a few twists and turns that I enjoyed because they let me display her in a fresh light, and there are some plot points that put the Jackmance to the test.

Also looking forward to the next chapter, dealing with the emotional fallout of certain revelations from this chapter!

Ah, yes, it is misleading: sometimes crazy people do make sense, but in those cases they aren't crazy while in that specific path of thought (temporary or limited sanity I guess).
But I would think perspective and reasoning go hand in hand. If perspective is faulted, the ability to reason within reality would be as well. Unless you only mean they may be able reason logically within a crazy perspective, then yes I agree. Though their reasoning may be entirely unreasonable outside that perspective. And I would say if someone has a perspective that could be deemed crazy, that the perspective also doesn't make any sense; in which case the person (in general) doesn't make sense.
(To be clear:  I am only saying that anything that is crazy doesn't make sense, but not vice versa; even some non-crazy things don't make sense to many sane people.)
