Yeah if you REALLY  think about sure, but that would be better if it was implied. Those who romanced her would never know about that dialog. And there just short comments anyway. There's no reason they shouldn't be there. Besides, wouldn't those who romanced her enjoy finding out her real name much more than those who didn't?

One of my fondest wishes for ME3 was to have Jack meet her family. If Liara can figure out her real name, then at least it's possible in headcanon. Yay.

Would Jack want to be called by her real name? Or would she still prefer Jack? If she's moved on from her past, is her real name a discarded part of her past? If she's moved on from her past, but she still wants to keep her real name, why do you think that is?

I would say she'd still prefer Jack, but at the same time her real name would be a satisfying link to her past. Maybe instead of using Jacqueline Nought, she uses her real name.

I think she would prefer Jack because she's a fiercely independent person. She's lived her whole post-Pragia life as Jack, so she's not going to change it now.

(a bit like an adopted child finding out that their adoptive parents changed his/her name... they're probably going to keep the adopted name... it's what they know)

But I do think knowing her real name (and therefore being able to track down her family through hospital records, etc.) would be important to her. I don't think she'd want to move in with mom and dad or anything like that, but I'm sure she would at least like to meet them and see what could have been... possibly staying in touch after that.

That would be awesome. Jack has so much potential... it's a shame the way she got treated in ME3.

What would your reaction be if you traced Jack or Jennifer's family history and she turned out to be ... a distant cousin? It could happen.  Joking

Also, how many of you think that Jack would be happy as a teacher at Grissom Academy for the rest of her life? Or do you think she would prefer travelling the galaxy and fighting any enemy she could find?
What if Shepard asked to settle down with her on some garden world? Would she accept or is it space pirates forever?

It would be nice to hear about her personal history a little more. not the criminal past. Just more about her would be nice. But hopefully the new ending (in which I'm 79.6% positive they're making) will give us closure on the ending and hopefully let us see jack some more.
