I appreciate the feedback, everytime I ask my roomates or friends what they think, its always the same "oh, thats awesome!" response, which sure, is a nice little ego bumb, and I know they mean well but, its irritating as all hell heh.

Jack is my very favorite female character in the ME universe, I'm a little a ticked with how the romance played out (I WANTZ MOAR!), but I do appreciate the character development and the exagerated PDAs were fun ^_^

Now if Bioware can just fix the endings already, I can go back to liking ME3 and give Jack that post-reaper massacre lay she was looking forward too. (which my Shep was also looking forward to... screw saving the everyone in the galaxy, he's doing all this for some hot, bone-breaking biotic nookie!)

When you've finished, you ought to upload it somewhere in high quality and post a link to it on Courtenay Taylor's twitter.  She loves the Jackolyte community's creativity.

I posted a Jack & Shepard shortfic on my blog page. For the past week I've been wondering how a scene would play out where Jack gets in to a fight for Shepard, not because he thinks she can't fight, but because she feels very close to him. The shortfic is a summary of my thoughts on the matter.

That is really something I could see happening btw Jack and Shep.

Remember to rate topic about DLC with 5 stars. Some jealous fans of other characters must rated it low ;)

I look at artbook, on her new look and I have this feeling that she was planed as companion since beginning but they had to drop this idea because of lack of disc space on X360 :(.

I got that feeling too. Only makes me more disappointed of the lack of Jack.

One, rather silly, observation that I have about Jack's new outfit is that it has those gun 'straps' on the back and belt which means she was to equip weapons at some point. But she doesn't. ;_;

How did they put 12 squad mates on ME2 though? I feel there was less dialogue in this game than the others too. Graphics were the same quality. I don't know.

Graphics are a little bit better. Also there are less "circle dialogs" but more random dialogs. Actually there was quite a lot of voice acting.

To be sure we would have to check how much data there is on second dvd for X360. If it's not about disc space then it's because of this.

From the "Final Hours of Mass Effect 3" app:

"But for the creative team the biggest hurdle was to figure out how to wrap up Commander Shepard's story and tie up many of the loose ends fans wanted to see resolved.  The Quarian character Tali, for instance, whom Shepard could romance in ME2, was not originally planned to appear in the third game as a squadmate.  Her mass popularity caused the team to reverse that decision during the early planning of ME3."

I guess that explains what happened to Jack.  If a spot on the ME3 team was determined by popularity, and Jack was the second-least-likely to survive the suicide mission, and she wasn't the most popular squadmate on the forums, it would explain her exclusion.  It might also explain why her role in ME3 was in limbo for so long.

They even mentioned that specifically wasn't the case for Tali, remember all the backlash on the forums because of that? Oh Bioware, haha.

Fricking Tali. Jack lost a roster spot to a girl who lives in a fishbowl?

Ah yes good call. Too bad they couldn't put multiplayer on its own damn disc. Or make it a downloadable segment.

That is beyond frustrating.  Ecspecially cause the peep who like the ending are saying things like "artistic design" and there is an example of us forcing their hands and people being ok with it ugh
I just was jack and if she was cut out for tali I might have to start hating Tali

Anyone go to PAX? It would be great if someone would ask devs about Jack during ME panel.

Wow, great to see that Jack is second leading the poll.

But seriously. A Batarian Squadmate? Considering how most of them have been portrayed in this trilogy, that seems like a really odd choice.

btw I dig the banner, Aver88.

Okay, let's not blame Tali and Talimancers for this. Tali's popularity is not their fault. Bioware's process of granting squad spots to popular characters, however, maybe that's a better place to focus our frustration.
