That's the only on I've got. I know there are more, but they trigger at certain events in the game, and I had already beaten the game by the time I downloaded the app, so I only have messages from the final battle on Earth.

I know it's likely a dumb question I just wanted to make sure I have it right so I don't make an @ss of myself before writing it. Also is Jack in that ME Infiltrator game thingy?

Quick question and a bit odd maybe, Going off Jack's combat skills in ME2 and powers Would you guys all consider her to be a Vanguard class?

I'd call Jack a Vanguard + Adept. She does things neither class is capable of. If you're writing fic; in fic, I stay away from using the class classification system entirely. Too restrictive, too meta-y. Not sure about the Infiltrator game.

I've got Infiltrator, and while I haven't finished it yet I haven't seen a glimps or mention of Jack.

Unless you're just going to say Soldier, which pretty much anyone in this war could be called. Heh.
But good advice, just the same.

Thanks for the advice Premier Bromanov. And Sundown Native yes the first part of my user name Gears is indead refering to Gears of War. The 2nd part in refering to Mass Effect. I've been using that scene name on several sites since 2006. It's so nerdy but as Jack would say "Why the F*ck not?"

She does, yes.Premier Bromanov wrote...
Does Jack send any ME3 Datapad app messages? Does she have any messages?

During one of my playthroughs she also sent me one after the battle on Earth had started, telling me to be careful. I don't know if any of her messages are romance-specific (that is, if she only sends them if you romance her), though if I recall correctly she was the only character who sent me a message telling me to watch myself during the endgame, so maybe.

Well, her class power can evolve into either Primal Vanguard or Primal Adept (she's the only squadmate whose class power changes name completely when evolving, much like Shepard's), so I suppose she could be considered as part of either class, but I've always liked to think of her as a Vanguard. Her weapon proficiencies and powers are all in line with the Vanguard's shock and awe style of combat, and even her loyalty power is an ammo power, and thus very combat-oriented (which, again, fits with the notion of the Vanguard as a class that combines biotic and combat abilities).
Plus, being a Vanguard just sort of fits her personality, you know?

I would also say she's more of a vanguard. Adept, meh, while technically yes she has the Biotic prowess of an Adept, being the biotic-mega-zord she is, she's also less of a support role and more of a head-on attacker, which would lean more vanguard. Also, personal opinion, vanguards tend to be less, what's the word? SANE than any other class, and while I don't want to say Jack's crazy, she's definitely not going to have any second thoughts about getting up close and nasty. But yea, as was previously stated, it's not that important.
Question: Back in ME2, did any of you equip her with the Eviscerator simply because of the poetic justice? You know, it being a Cerby weapon and all...

Funny story, though. I was once doing the Derelict Reaper mission, and I of course brought Jack along to bowl some husks out of the way. We were at the point just outside the Reaper core, where you have to fight two Scions and a bunch of husks. Usually what I do when a Scion pops up is have the other squadmate (usually Thane, with his sniper rifle) focus on it while me and Jack deal with the husks, but I guess in the frenzy of getting rushed by husks I kinda lost track of what everyone was doing in the battlefield. As soon as I got a second to breathe from the husks I started looking for my wandering squadmates, and much to my surprise and horror I realized that while the husks were swarming me Jack had walked UP to the damn Scions and started shotgunning them in the face all by herself. Scions are friggin' dangerous up close, especially against squadmates, but Jack had taken off something like 30% of one of the Scions' armor at that point, and she'd done it by herself. Soon as I realized what was happening I starte focusing on the Scions too, so as to draw their attention away from Jack, but man...that was kinda scary and awesome. I love when squadmates pull insane stunts like that and it actually works. The Scions didn't really get her, and they went down soon after. Fun times.

It's good to know there's another Gears fan here. Most of the people I know on these fourms wouldn't give it the time of day.
Speaking of which...I could see Jack making a guest appearance on that game. She'd be right at home, save for the biotics and sh*t.

You are talking about Voice Actors right?
Grunt would love the Gears world Allthose big animals just waiting to die.
I actually am thinking Jack would be weirded out at first. Cause I dont think anyone in the Gears universe would actually think she is that different. Would be a weird experiance im sure

Yeah, I am. And if she's weirded out now, wait until she finds out Dr. Chakwas is trying to kill them instead of patching them up.
I don't think Grunt wouldn't need much help from the Gears. He'd be to the Gears what the Berserkers are to the Locust. Heh.

Thanks, mine's empty though. Haven't played me3 since i registered it though, maybe that's the problem.
You have to level up one multiplayer character up to level 20 and click button "Rank Up", but remember that it will delete this character.

I just think they haven't synced up their multiplayer data to their BSN account.

Without ranking up you don't have Jack's avatar. I know because I wondered how to do this myself.

No mine is too and that's with a couple play throughs. No idea what's up with that. There is the DAO/DA2 trick which I used to get the one I have now.
