Mondo echos my thoughts on Jack pretty much exactly... or maybe I echo Mondo's thoughts... lol.

I would expect nothing less, though. Mondo wrote Door, and I think, hands-down, it's the best Jack fan fiction for capturing her history and personality.

Hopefully she just avoids the room where the actually programming is done.  Because you know if she breaks all the computers it'll it up being counter-productive.

The old Jack probably would have wrecked the computers on principle alone. Mature Jack might want to but would probably hold back and just biotic punch a few of the programmers instead.

This is going to sound like a complaint but it isnt. I hate you a little bit right now. 40ish chapters and I am trying to pack right now and I am so distracted. Good stuff!!!!

Ah, interesting. Isn't there usually one or two people who write different scenes for a specific character? Did he outline her development?

From what I have seen it's not like that in BioWare.

I think that Blizzard hired him because transformed Kerrigan will be similar to Jack. At least a little bit.

I also get a strong Shepard+Jack vibe from Raynor+Kerrigan. Jimmy & Sarah's development is in good hands if Jack's writer is working on it. Good catch.

BioWare's kinda spoiled me on video game plot development. A lot of Blizzard stuff seems half-assed in retrospect, lol. Wings of Liberty had a handful of missions where you could choose this ending or that ending, but they don't affect the story outside of that little individual story arc... and even then, Blizz comes out and tells you which one is canon, lol. /foreheadslap

I'm looking forward to Diablo 3, but I don't expect anything nearly as in-depth as DA:O storywise... or even DA2 for that matter

I was looking at reference pictures of Jack's character model in ME2 and ME3. Jack's lower back tattoos in ME3 are different! In ME2, her lower back tattoos have round shapes. In ME3, they're straight, slanting lines. I wonder why they changed that?

But it's the same model, just retouched, no? So they had to make a conscious decision to change those tattoos.

Hum...I was always under the impression that she'd been written by Patrick Weekes. I know I've seen Courtenay Taylor thanking him via Twitter for writing her, and she's also mentioned that she's met him and talked to him about her in person, so I doubt it's a case of her having the wrong writer.

Sometimes characters will be written by different people (I know Garrus' missions in ME2 were not written by the same person who wrote his conversations on the Normandy). Maybe that's the case here? Someone wrote her Normandy dialogue else while someone else wrote her outside dialogue?

Well, he left BioWare after ME2. In ME3 someone else had to write her story/dialogues.
