I think just about everyone is disappointed with the treatment of their favorite love interest. I think Liara fans are disappointed about lack of Liara, which IMO is absolutely ridiculous. I am sick to death of Liara.

Bioware don't care about any ME2 people except Miranda and Mordin people, and the former people continue to act like that got treated the worst in ME3. It reminds me a lot of Miri's self-centered additude that made me hate her so much.

I would add Legion. But I'm not sure if Miranda was treated right. Her fans are rather disappointed.

But overall I agree with you. :) I hoped for some action between Jack and other LI, even tho I'm not a fan of dramas like that. I just would love to see how Jack would handle this.

Yeah I know Miranda kinda got sh!t on.
What I was meaning her fans reaction to how she was treated in ME3

Some of my favorite quotes by Miranda fans are these ones here
1."Miranda is more importent than Shepard is to the game" and
2."BW screwed us over the worst Miranda got the worst treatment out of anyone, it was like BW tried to not put her in the game"
and this one is my favorite
3."At least Jacob Taylor wasn't acting out of character. The whole game Miranda was acting out of character, she left Shepard to go kill her dad alone. Shepard couldn't even go with her"

Another thing I wanted to have with Jack in ME3 was her settling the score with Miranda. Have Jack add to the Ashley wall paint by adding Miranda to the wall.

Yep that would be great to see Jack get to kill Miranda,
Jack: "Touch me and I'll smear the walls with you b!tch"
Shep:  "Enough. Save it till after we've dealt with the Collectors. They you two can have at it"
Jack: "OOh I'll make sure the Cerberus Cheerleader makes it out alive. I'd hate for the Collectors to kill her before I do."

Hey I'm 100% with ya on this. Before ME3 I kept defending Liara, I was one of the dumb@sses who said things like "Liara is not BW's Favorite" and all that garbage. Once I started to play ME3, I was like umm yeah Liara I'm so sick of you. At the end with none of my favorite LI's avalible, I shacked up with Ash  just to see if Liara would get mad about it, She delivered.

Also that Shep had romanced Liara in ME1 and broke up with her in LotSB, (he wanted Samara), but for some reason my LotSB thing was forgotten about and so Liara acted like we never had a chance to take care of it.

Anyway, any other Jack face upset with how BW used autodialogue and you were forced to refer to Miranda as "A Friend"?  Minranda was not a friend she was the only ME2 squad mate I was always an @sshole to all the time, and that kinda got Jack off.

Let's say that the Reapers are destroyed, everyone lives, but Shepard dies. As a memorial, Shepard's body will be sent in to space, or buried, whatever, that's not as important as what follows. Shepard's friends are allowed to put an item or two in to his/her coffin. What does Jack put in to the coffin, and why?  Does she put anything in?  In the case of MShep, if Jack was romanced by him, are the items different?  Why or why not?

Why a lock of hair?  It's a creative exericse, I'm just asking for your reasoning.  I'm not disagreeing with you.

I think she might put in her jewelry/her amps.  Whatever those things on her ears are.

What would Jack put in mmm, for a Shepard that was a total jack@ss to her nothing.

For a Shepard that was her friend she'd put in her Pistol, her reason A symbolic gesture that he can count on her and her pistol just as the two things she had been able to count most, were on him and that pistol.

For a romanced Jack, hmmm it would absolutely be different, she would have a moment where she breaks down and says something like this "You told me you were going to make it out alive in one piece. You ****** I needed it, you in one piece. Sure you still mostly in one piece but your not alive. What I am supposed to do now?"

She would then give him a tattoo on his arm, something symbolizing their love for each other and she would get a matching one for herself.

Oooooooooh.  Interesting.  I had forgotten about that. So you think she kept it?  She didn't discard it when leaving her past behind?  You think that Jack is that sentimental?

A romanced Jack? I'd have to say her boots, hear me out.
Jack is a vagabond so she's never had much to take with her.
In war stories like All Quiet on the Western Front a good pair of boots were enormously important. The best pair of boots were continually passed around among friends after the previous owner was killed in combat. They metaphorically store the experiences of the wearer.
I feel like other than her pistol the most important item she would have with her at all times would then be her boots.

She mentioned so many times like everyone used her and didn't care about her but about her abilities. This time someone did something just for her. She could kept it as memento to remind her this.

I still say a romanced Jack gives dead Shepard a tattoo symbolizing their love they had, then she gets herself a matching one.

Come on "Some are for kills, Some are for prisons I've been in, Some are for things I lost that's nobodys business but mine, and some are for why the F*ck not"

She lost Shepard a dude who loved her and she loved him. She'd bring her tattoo kit and give him a tattoo and then she'd have the same thing tattoo done on herself.. She's been in prison I'm sure she know how to do Tattoos,

Come people don't you think that would be a great idea?

In ME3 Patrick Weeks was responsible for Jack in ME3. I asked him about than on twitter and here is his reply:

@Aver88 I did. Complex character, not my normal style, but I tried to do her justice. Hope you liked her. :)

He is very friendly and he like to answer questions so you may try to ask him something about Jack.

That actually works really well, I think. It's low key, and a bit unexpected, but very fitting.

I can actually see her going by Sheps grave in the evening leaving the detonator and as she walks away she looks back. Wipes a tear from her eye and smiles.

Damn it I want more Jack.

So I just beat ME3.

My thoughts on how Bioware largely dealt with Jack's role in it (especially after Grissom...which, really, was nothing) pretty much amount to "****ing sucked".

-_-

Dang it my Shepard has talked about getting a tattoo with Jack and if he dies she's going to give him a tattoo. (Ok so what if that happened in my headcanon) she'd still give the dead Shep that Tattoo, and then get her own like they had talked about. (Yeah Jack also knew he was dumping Ash for her).

Yeah.  General consensus is that if it wasn't bad, it was unfulfilling, like a tiny portion of a good meal.

Just a reminder everyone. If ya want to make your voice heard about how you think Jack's romance went in ME3 (personally, I wished there was more of the emotion from ME2, as opposed to the sexual) PM me or post here!

http://social.biowar...ndex/10853184/4

I've only got 3 letters about Jack so far!

Passionate, but polite! What did you like, what didn't you like? Were your expectations met regarding how you last saw her character in ME2? How do you think she was portrayed in ME3?

ALthough we got stiffed with the 'romance' at Purgatory, I had to laugh when Jack mentioned Shepard's bad dancing. That was priceless.

I took Garrus with the first time I played Grissom, and I'm sure I got the "face looks like ****" speech. And she was his LI in ME2. The second time I took EDI and Vega, and I don't think I got the "sexbot" one. I'm replaying him again, and will play Grissom with all permutations or squaddies to make sure. I love that punch-kiss that much, so it's not really a chore.

Keep me posted. It killing me I can't get any of that dialog.

Well, this was posted 11 days ago, but I was unable to get to the internet until now (was very busy and then on leave). My apologies.

I've replayed the first bit of the Grissom Academy mission with all permutations of Liara/EDI/Garrus/Vega (I don't have the CE). It seems I was mistaken. If Jack's your LI you don't get the personalised comebacks at your squad members when you first meet her at Grissom, or the talk about the swear jar when on the shuttle afterwards either.

Just thought I'd lay that one to rest.
