It says cinematics and epilogue...
I highly expect, that these are about the crew...but again, they could be just about the actual squadmates and a few main characters...
If they add DLC for the LI´s they may also add an epilogue for them...

Thats of course just my guess

Well, it's better than nothing I guess. I'll reserve final judgement for when it actually comes out... we'll see exactly what they expand on and explain better. I'm not encouraged though; my problem with the ending is that it didn't make sense, not that it wasn't long enough. I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of nonsense they put out to "explain" exactly where Joker was going with the Normandy, and how people from my final squad ended up with him.

To be honest I have little faith in the new announced content.
I dont want a clarification of the current ending. The current ending is in complete contrast with the quality of the rest of the Mass Effect series. Its a punch in the gut after everything we invested. Some extra scenes might only make it worse, because now we can at least speculate about what happens in the 80% plothole of the last 10 minutes of Mass Effect 3.
I tried replaying Mass Effect 3 last week... I turned my xbox off after I killed Kai Leng. Continuing is like 'opening' Javik's memory shard: "It contains only pain."

I dont know how I feel about this clarification thing. It depends on what they do with it, I am hoping that we could get a scene with Jack in it. That would be nice.

Yeah man, I don't have have much hope for the "fixed" ending. The least they can do is throw us a bone and fix the ME2 romances, give us more interactions (even letters would be fine) before the end, and then give us a proper romance scene. Geez Bioware. :[

you kno what dialogue ive always wanted to hear shepard and jack address? shepards backstory, specifically if he grew up without a family on the streets of earth and survived the cerberus thresher maw trap on akuze. seems like it would make a good bonding experience for them. ive read some good fanfictions where they talk about akuze but dont think ive seen one with the earth born background being explored yet. any thoughts of the matter?

mhh, earth born, shepard had to grow up between gangs and criminals... so even there would be stuff to talk about... there would be so many things to talk about and work up...i mean, even though she has her new life doesn´t mean it´s all happy now...
But for me, there could never be enough dialog, action and all about Jack, ever ;-)
Man, i would buy a game that´s just about shepard and jack talkin (yeah, sometimes i´m a dumb and addicted jackolyte :-D )

p.s.: Has somebody a good ME3 Jack wallpaper or knows where to get one?

Edit: Is one of you tomorrow at pax? And has the possibility to keep us up to date on the panels? ;-)
I haven´t seen a possibility to follow it on the i-net?!

Hey! Another lurker finally deciding to post here. Was anyone else really disappointed that there was no opportunity for interactions between Jack and Miranda? I don't know if there are very many Miranda fans among you, but I love when the two of them are together. My perfect crew would absolutely include both of them and a never-ending pissing contest, whether they eventually grew to respect each other or not.

Hey guys! Thanks for all the feedback I got about the Jack scenes in chapter 44. Apparently the fight went down really well with most of my readers. Now I just need to figure out how to make the remainder happy...

Anyway, that's not why I'm here tonight. I'm looking for a keen fan-artist who would be interested in crafting a couple of Jack pictures for my story, dealing with some of the more emotionally intense moments between our favourite biotic convict ahd the Commander. Anyone interested?

i really can see both arguing all the time about nearly everything...till just before or directly after the last mission, where they unwillingly admit that they respect each others abilities etc...
"you are a cerberus cheerleader...but after all, your at least a decent one" (what in jack terms means much) :-P

Right now I'm working on the second chapter dealing with the Batarian Hegemony, and I'm having some pretty awesome ideas about how to write it. While I'm still not supportive of Jack being brought back to the squad, the idea of her being part of a new patched ending is something I can get behind.

She really should have been in that flashback sequence.

i think the could just do and audio drama and it would sell like hot cakes. i had an rough idea for fanfiction about an earthborn, sole survivor, paragon infiltrator shepard romancing jack but i cant quite nail a plot down to start anywhere.

i figure i couldnt stay on the sidelongs for very long with all these topics about jack floating around in my head to be discussed lol. i can imagine her intially being suspicious of miranda showin up at the same time as a cerberus raid going on but probably would give her the benefit of the doubt if shepard brought her....only after she rips into shepard for bringing miranda along in the first place. jack and miranda could easily go back and forth about jacks ability to teach anyone anything but at the end of the mission miranda might have to swallow her pride and admit jack is capable of caring about someone other than herself.

i love your fanfic, i actually didnt kno you were the same person when i started reading it last month. takes me a whole day to finish one chapter lol, but im all caught up and ive being loving the shepard and jack moments so far. i find some of the events that parallel the actual ME3 story hilarious in hindsight like the revenant and javik, im almost surprised you didnt give EDI a sexy robot body first lol. and i think its good to have side missions to break up the plot and develop other squad members relationships with one another.

But even if she doesn´t get a "real" part (for me this would be very sad) then at a minimum give us more letters and things that shows the relationship and more than 8 seconds holo call that has a very high chance of being the last time two people that love each other have contact before death take them apart...

For me, she is just a too incredible character to let her be so sidelined

K, now that I know that I'm not looking at my ME3 until sometime later this summer (DLC 'patch') I'm trying to figure out what other game I should play instead. Infamous 2, Uncharted 3, or some of my older games that I never had a chance to play like Borderlands, or Fallout New Vegas.

Any suggestions? I keep wanting to go back to ME3... keep thinking that "maybe this time I'll enjoy the ending." But the ominous feeling I get the closer and closer we get to Earth just bothers me too much. To see that ending...too painful for me. I'm beginning to wonder if I should let the geth die so I don't have to feel bad about gacking them when doing the Destroy ending.

Plus I'm still pissed that I keep seeing liara at the end.  Dude, I know she is my friend but I didn't romance her.
