For me mass effect is even better because it is not in a "sword and sorcery" setting... i really like dragon age and witcher and so on... but mass effect, for me, is on top.

No, not Dragon Age, or any of that ilk. I mean literally translating the story elements of Mass Effect and put them to a fantasy setting. Because, now I've gotten the writing itch for it, and was just wondering what the general reaction to it would be.

but for me mass effect stands out, because it is in a science fictional setting...

maybe their plan was to announce a sp dlc but shifted all resources to the extended-ending dlc...

the question is, is it their fault they didn´t "deliver" or ours for to high expectations...

Nah, I hoped for some DLC hint but I knew that chances for this are very small. I'm more disappointed because there wasn't any interesting topics during panel. They talked about stuff like Garrus, Tali, Genophage, Multiplayer, etc and there are already several interviews about this stuff.

Damn. I missed a lot in that week long absence.

Here you go. It's an FAQ about the thing.
I really do hope they intend to tell us what happens to the characters who weren't on the Normandy. That's why I'd be downloading it in the first place. I want to know what happens to Samara. I want to know what happens to Jack.

I'm thinking they are still smarting that we thought of a better explination for their plot holes than the truth and are trying to figure out if they should go with our idea or stick with what they had.

I had an idea for the Extended Cut today which involves the remaining ME2 squadmates:
social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/355/index/11139069/1#11139861
"If we pick the Destroy ending and Shepard survives, I think it would be great to be able to rescue the Normandy crew ourselves with the aid of the remaining ME2 squadmates.
This could be a great gameplay oportunity and it would also give the remaining ME2 squadmates a good use since the war is over and there's nothing holding them back from joining Shepard.
Yes, the Mass Relays are destroyed but maybe in the Extended Cut, with enough EMS, they can be saved? Wishful thinking, yes. Or hell, maybe the planet isn't that far away and it wouldn't be impossible getting there with FTL. "
I'm a huge Miranda, Jack and Samara fan and I would love to see more of them and have them as squadmates and I think that would be a good way to use them.
If Tali fans can do it, we can do it!

Well anyway, I hope that they will give us some more Jack in the "extended cut".
And Psycho, I like your idea, but I doubt they will do anything that extensive. So far i've only heard them say they will add new cinematic's, and not new gameplay

But i really hope that some dev/writer let us know what they think about the book...and maybe (very unlikely) tell us if they really consider making a LI DLC...

Well we can at least try. Tali fans are proof we can get things done if we are vocal enough. Bioware keeps screaming "FEEDBACK", so let's give them feedback.

I imagine it would be the same as how Tali, Garrus, and Liara's power were: The same as ME2, but with an added power. If Liara returns Warp Ammo back to Jack, she would have this power set:DarkPrinceRevan wrote...
