@DPR:
Simple. Make an account on something like Photobucket (that's what I use). Upload the pictures to that. Then, copy the image link (on PB you can find it on your main gallery page as Direct Link, just click that and it automatically copies it for you.

Then, to post on here you need to paste the link between two bits of code. Now I'm reversing them so that they show up on this post, so just remember to put them the correct way round in your post.
After the link, put [/img]
Before the link, put [img]

Don't leave any spaces between the code and the link, and you should be fine.

As for that dancing Jack picture.... can someone get me a sock?

This might be the first time I've really liked the hair and bandages makeover she got. Not that I think the new look's a bad thing, but if she were made a DLC squaddie I'd like to see them include an alternate appearance of her shaved look. I just preferred her... less conventionally attractive look.

I can't tell if her abdomen looks more toned because of enhancements to the engine, or if she has actually been doing more weight training. Either way, I've always liked Jack's form. She's got a swimmer or a gymnast's build, and that makes sense, because she seems to like doing neat physical tricks with her biotics. Also, she probably values physical strength, so that she can defend herself even if her biotics are impaired through dampeners. Jack is always prepared.

That's a cool-looking custom male Shepard. They're usually a rare sight.

I can't make a decent-looking custom Shepard (male or female) to save my life. It's why I usually stick to the defaults, though it helps that the default male Shepard actually looks pretty great in ME3. Very expressive and detailed. He and Jack look good together, I reckon.

yea it took me awhile to make a decent Shepard i thought looked enough like me, that one was my first real attempt that came out decent. Yea default Shepard has an awesome beard lol but ive since made a new Shepard that ill eventually import all the way to 3 and take some more screenshots of him and Jack when i do

Hah. Well, I've sort of been trying my hand at making animated GIFs over the past week or two, to post on my Tumblr. And naturally, a good many of them have been scenes from the games featuring Jack. I'm still not very good at it, but I kind of like how some of them have turned out.

Yeah, you can hit the interrupt right after she lets out the "a while". I usually let her finish before doing it too, because I kind of love the way her voice sounds when says that second bit, and I like that super wide smile she gets on her face.

I suppose I am now professing attraction to a videogame character. Ah, God.

heh i think somebody should combine all the best scenes from a romance and non romance with jack. jacks reactions to the squad are pure gold but you only get them if your not with jack which sucks big time

I think my favorite Jack reaction-to-squad line is to a romanced Garrus. He says something like "Angry as always, I see." and Jack says "Bite me Garrus, or better yet, bite her... it's probably how she likes it."

Zing. Score one for Jack.

Thanks for posting/linking to the awesome stills and gifs everyone.  Definitely saved those to the HDD.    With regard to Jack's ME3 look, I'd have to say I liked it more than I thought I would based on that really quick look from the trailer - still, that was one of the first glimpses of Jack at that point, so I didn't really care too much about exactly what she was wearing.

Also, I'm sure someone in this thread has brought it up before (especially in 226 pages), but I find it telling (and a little bit dismaying - is that even a word?)  that of all the "Dirty Dozen," Jack was the only one to receive a makeover (Tali and Garrus don't count as they've been squaddies in every single game) and also the only one to receive a page in the squad section of the artbook.  Makes me think she might have been a squaddie in an earlier version of the game; something which got changed at the last minute.  That makes me mad and sad all at the same time, although I tend to agree with Mondo that her eventual portrayal in ME3 does fit her development as a character.

Finally, for those still waiting, the latest installment of Things Worth Keeping (only Day 6 Part 1 of 2, sorry, but at least it's not just a status update) is up at FFN.  There's also a very experimental (for me) Jack/FShep story (the beginnings of one anyway), if anyone's interested.  The pairing isn't everyone's cup of tea, I know, and that's fine.  Thanks for listening.

Well, from a contextual standpoint, it does kind of make sense that you wouldn't get the squadmate comments if you romanced Jack. Because the situation Jack and Shepard go on to talk about after she socks him in the jaw (and, you know, smashes his faces against hers and all that), the state of their relationship, is...well, it's kind of a serious, private matter. It'd be sort of inappropriate for your squadmates to start chiming in with jokes and comments about Jack's temper and whatnot (though it would be sort of funny if Garrus or EDI or Vega did it, only to have Jack and Shepard sort of turn to them and glare until they clam up).

Hell, it's awkward enough as it is that Jack and Shepard start talking about this right in front of your squadmates and her students (and imagine if you romanced Liara in ME1 and brought her along for this mission), but I guess when you're in a facility overrun by terrorists who want to kill you you don't have a lot of options in terms of privacy.

Yeah.  Maybe I've been around the BSN too long, but I don't think it's so unusual to be physically attracted to these characters.  They're definitely all designed to be attractive, for one.  Their writing is another way you're pulled in.

I'm more intellectually/emotionally attracted to Jack than physically, lol. I never liked women with a lot of tattoos, and she's not exactly well endowed, but she does have the prettiest face of any Mass Effect character, by a wide margin.

But her tragic past and her tsundere attitude is like catnip to me.
