Jack doesnt seem the type for jewelry except her ear things. its possible she may except some dog tags but i dont see her wearing them often if at all. mostly cause she doesnt seem to really have any possessions she could hold on to with her lifestyle before meeting Shepard and now she might not even know what to do with anything she gets.

That's why I thought she would throw it away at first because of the way she is, but then sneak up and take it. I think it would be a cute scene, haha.

Edit: instead of jewelry Shepard should just but Jack some boots lol

You think she would wear a bracelet or some form of jewelry that Shepard made her? She'd probably ask what this was then throw it away - but come back later when Shepard is sleeping and secretly "take it back". Maybe not wear it, but keep it close to her. Maybe an ankle bracelet, but wouldn't that annoy her with her boots?
After the "King of the Boy Scouts" line I can just picture Jack asking if Shepard got his arts and crafts merit badge.
Jack: (looking at the bracelet) What did you make it out of?
Shepard: I got the ceramic from a bunch of Cerberus helmets. It took me a while, the Widow doesn't leave much behind.
Jack: You blew the heads off a bunch of Cerberus mooks just to make me a bracelet?
Shepard: Kind of. Do you like it?
Jack: Well I had a joke lined up but I have to admit this is pretty kickass.

Referring to your little snip about the flashback scenario and Shepard seeing Jack and Liara in his flashback, I think I found the "look" I was picturing with Jack -

(I don't recall a single moment from either ME2 or ME3 where Jack does something like that)
Maybe some section from her third romance conversation from ME2 (the one where she calls Shepard a f--ker). I...dunno.

If I had ME3 on PC (and, y'know, any skill at this sort of thing whatsoever) I'd try my hand at modding the flashback at the end to have Jack appear instead. I understand people who romanced Miranda, Kelly and Garrus have attempted it, so yeah. The tricky thing would be finding video of Jack looking more or less straight at the camera and smiling in some way, to match the other possible love interest flashbacks that are in the game.
The shuttle ride back from Grissom where she looks at Shepard:

(It just occurred to me that you could also perhaps capture video of one of the instances when she smiles in the game, using flycam to focus on her face from the front. The Orion Hall conversation has a lot of smiling Jack, for example)

I thought the very concept of Shepard giving Jack a bracelet would be a little bit OOC, but offcourse you went there and realized a perfectly in-character skit that made me laugh out loud. This is what I call talent.

I was actually toying around with writing a scene the other day, after my 'no possessions' post. I thought maybe Shepard would give Jack something (flowers, a picture of them both, something like that) and she'd have no clue what to do with it. She'd accept, but when he's out of sight she'd be trying to figure out what to do with it and ends up just putting it somewhere out of the way, her equivalent of shoving it on top of the wardrobe. I was thinking of a secondary scene where she struggles to get it out and in plain view again as Shepard comes down to her, not wanting him to think that she didn't like it. It would have been a few scenes with a lot of under-the-surface Jackness, her doing things that speak of her motives when she'd rather not let Shepard see all that.
As for the flashback scene, I second the motion for Jack's 'That kinda gets me off.' smile. The little quirk of her lips, the gleam in the eyes. I honestly think it's her best smile. It says to me 'I like you, and even though I'm surprised by that, it makes me happy.'

Actually, I'm going to say that a flashback I'd want to see of Jack would be ME2. Sitting on the cot, looking up at you (Shepard) with a subtle grin as if to say "you're weird Shepard, kinda gets me off." If they can recreate all that again.

Just a stupid idea I had that I just had to share...
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bit of a missed opportunity but would have required a dedicated plot around it. It would have been interesting to see Jack get captured by Cerberus and turned into a Phantom (regardless of Grissom Academy) but an advanced model that keeps her mind intact. Think Raiden from MGS4. Obviously the augmentation process drives her mad and she goes on a rampage attacking anything vaguely related to Cerberus.Shepard tracks her down as she attacks Cerberus headquarters ripping through tons of soldiers by herself. Kai Leng doesn't even get a chance to smirk as his head is carelessly chopped off without any notice.
You end up with the Illusive Man bleeding on the floor of his office, begging for mercy as Jack menacingly walks towards him brandishing her blade. Before the final blow is struck Shepard stops Jack. He tells her he's sorry that he couldn't save her, that all the pain & misery she went through was his fault. She's stronger than this and should resist the urge to become a mindless killer looking for some sort of justification for the suffering she went through. She turns to him accusingly, Shepard embraces her. Jack lets her guard down, feeling genuine comfort in forever.
The Illusive Man laughs at the sentiment, saying Jack will always be nothing more than a guinea pig. Shepard tells her not listen and offers to take her away, saying that TIM isn't worth it and no matter how long it takes he will find a way to fix her. As they walk away, Jack is shot in the back by a dying TIM. Shepard cradles Jack in his arms as the injuries taken in previous fights combined with TIM's final insult have taken their toll. She says, "I forgive you..." OR "I always loved you" if romanced and dies in Shepard's arms.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thoughts? Excessively melodramatic? Better than Walters?
It begs the question though. Provided Jack WAS turned into a Phantom BUT you would have the ability to SAVE her life, restore her mind AND get Ninja Jack as a squadmate. Would you be happy with this turn of events?

People already complained about Jack's character's melodrama being overdone. I think this would cause their heads to explode. Mine, too. Can't say I really like it, compared to what we're given, even if we're not given much. Jack has an interesting, open future at the end of ME3.
I agree actually. I like the direction they took with her. I think if they kept pilining on abuse/tragedy on the character it loses it's meaning no matter how well established. It's just that I think Phantoms are "Cool" (Metal Gear fan here) and wondered how Jack would fair as a cyber-ninja. If she died like I described it would be slight disservice to fans and if she lives then... it raises questions about how much abuse Jack actually endured.
Someone, draw me a Phantom Jack (Without helmet / faceplate)

While I did like Phantoms I'm afraid I have to dissent about that Jack as Raiden story. She already went through all that, on Pragia, when she was just a child. We patiently and softly undid all the pain that was stuck in her head during her absolutely breath-taking romance in ME2, we don't need (and I totally do not want) to see her falling down that road again.
I like where they went with her in ME3, I'd just like some more time with her. Jack is perfect in ME2 as she is perfect in ME3, she just need some more time in this last chapter, that's all.
