I already knew we wouldn't be getting much of Jack, but I cannot stress how happy I am to see her as the last person Shepard thinks of when he makes his decision.

I was screaming "YES" like Daniel Bryan when I saw that. Don't judge me.

Honestly?  That adds A LOT to the experience.  So much so that I can't believe BW didn't think of this the first time.  

I also liked the slide of Jack looking up to the sky hopefully ... wish it had been a cut scene, but it still felt good to see.

I didn't mind the EC.  I will never be completely cool with StarChild as the Reaper king, but everything around that brought the story to a better close.  At least in Destory.  

I have no interest in experiencing either of the other endings. I'll YouTube 'em.

Miranda gets that same scene.  It's a model-swap job.  Knowing that reduces the effect of that scene for me.

I agree that it's a little shoddy of BioWare. Especially because it's a damn SLIDE. They couldn't have drawn two separate pictures? I mean Jack and Miranda are the only two ME2 LIs available at the end of ME3. Not like they had a lot of variables to cover.

Having said that, and considering the shoddy treatment of, say, Tali's face, I'll take whatever I can get.

My Shep's "last" thought was of Jack, restoring some of the player agency that had been SORELY missing from the original ending. Seeing Jack in slide-from helped a lot with the ending since they will clearly be reunited. I can dig that.

Now, I'd strongly encourage all of you to join me in 'bothering' Mike Gamble on Twitter by requesting some Jack DLC for ME3.

In the Control ending (not sure if that's the only time you can see it), I think there's a slide of her with the Grissom Academy students?  I think that's what someone said earlier ... I haven't seen it yet since I won't be chosing Control ever.

If she's romanced, you get the starry night sky slide.  If she's un-romanced and her students were put in the support role, you see her with them at Grissom.  If she's un-romanced and her students were put in the offense role, you see her standing at their gravestones.

Just finished it, myself. I've only seen two versions so far: the, ah, fourth, "new" ending and the Destroy ending. The first one...well, it appears to me that the cutscenes comprising it were sort of hurriedly put together, but I think adding it was a great idea. It's a very grim, solemn choice, and I only wish we could have gotten a bit more detail and insight into the way it played out for the current cycle. Good move by the writers there.

Destroy played out quite well. A little TOO well, perhaps. In fact it doesn't seem like the galaxy was impacted all that negatively by it, even with the destruction of the geth and technology being "affected" by the Crucible. It feels almost as though they really, really wanted to go out of their way to reassure players who want their Shepards to live above all things that everything can turn out well. I did love that Shepard (at least, my Shepard) remembered EDI while shooting the power conduit. Very mournful, that, and only accentuated by the fact that her name was also added to the Normandy board. And oh, oh how I adored seeing Jack there. I'm pretty sure I jumped up the floor clapping like a child when she showed up. And she looked amazing in the cutscene. It was a very small thing, but it made all the difference.

Beyond that, I quite appreciated the lengthier dialogue with the Catalyst and the brief cutscenes detailing what happened to your squadmates and the Normandy. The "slide" epilogues could've used more detail into what can and will happen to the galaxy given your choices, but they at least succeed in conveying a sense of hope for the present.

Good show, honestly. Good show. Or at least, better show than what was there before. I still have to see how the other endings play out, but I think I rather liked this one.

Anyway, so, Jack DLC, yeah?

But I got to see Jacks face and not Liara!!! Woohoo


Honestly if this was the original ending I'd be satisfied enough. Now I just want some Jack dlc.

well it was better then the original...but the star child can still go to hell, atleast you can somewhat call him on his bull**** now. seeing Jack at the end of my destroy ending made me feel alittle better thou

In my cut scene jack is shown starring in to the sky


Having not touched the game since I beat it, can I just say the music to this game is phenomenal? The whole piano track is just awesome. One of the best in any video game IMO.

Just finished the EC (went with control option) and I'm happy to say Jack was the last person my shep thought of before his essence was absorbed into the crucibe, becoming the next starbaby. But any way I was very happy with this. And heres hoping a Jack DLC is on the horizon.

I didn't get Jack in my ending for some reason. Miri, Samara, Jacob, Kasumi, Zaeed, and Wrex/Grunt, but not Jack. Any idea on why?

What ending did you chose?

I did Destroy twice. First time was with a FemShep and Jack didn't show up there. I got Jacob, Kasumi, Wrex/Grunt and Zaeed.

Was bummed because I wanted Jack and Miranda too.

When I did Destroy with MaleShep that romanced her, I got Jack looking up at the sky.  A nice visual, I must admit.  I hope someone with a PC can grab them all so I can set it as my wallpaper.

You're not the only one.  A person I know who even romanced Jack didn't have her appear at all in the EC.  It must be buggy, that's the only reason I can think of.

Yeah I think that's from non-romance, pick the front line.  That wasn't my ending, just a random posted one.  Neat that she had 3 optional slides in total.  And yes, I don't mind the slide montague.

from the SAME SAVE I had 2 different ones.  FIrst one when I just loaded the save at the beam it was Garrus with the name plate.  2nd game when I wanted to see Cerberus base > Earth > Citadel it was Ashley * ME1 romance on that save*.  So  I guess that the same save can have variety.
