Captain's Cabin
Shepard: What's in the box?
Jack: (opening a wrapper) Ration bars. Kicking the **** out of all those Collector mooks and holding up that bubble was one hell of a workout.
Shepard: It sure was.
Jack: Hey, thanks by the way for catching me back there.
Shepard: Jack...
Jack: (talking with a bit of ration bar in her mouth) Hey, I caught you on the way back so by my count that makes us even so you can nix the "That's not how it works" line.
Shepard: (sits down on bed) You can read me like a book.
Jack: Ain't that hard big guy. (finishing ration bar) How long 'til we reach Omega?
Shepard: A few hours. Why?
Jack: We just kicked some ass. Figure it's time to celebrate, you ever had shawarma?
Shepard: What?
Jack: Saw a place on Omega selling it. I've got no idea what the **** it is but it smelled good.

Okay, I used the Illusive Man, but that's not the point!

...Actually, that sounds quite like the Hulk anyway.
I wonder which characters the rest of the squad could be equated to?

It definitely rings a bell, doesn't it? Character-wise, I think Jack is a mix of Wolverine and X-23, the latter being a female clone of Wolvie that was created in a laboratory (from which she escaped) and abused several times during her early years. The way X-23 avoid other people because of her terrible past is pretty similar to Jack being in her "shelter" because of Pragia.

That is a side of Jack I have not imagined before.
That's a really well-done pic though!

I picture her a bit more like Jean Grey and Rogue combined. Unknowable potential, wrapped up in something that forces her to keep people at arm's length.

Paragon Shepard is Captain America. Everyone who's fought beside him admits that he tends to bring out the best in people. Plus he "died" in WW2 only to come back later.
Renegade Shepard is Drax the Destroyer. Gets brought back from the dead to take down the biggest threat to humanity, follows the Pay Evil Unto Evil trope.
Miranda's the Black Widow. She was Cerberus' top agent and can do what others consider to be impossible on a semi-regular basis.
Jacob's Hawkeye. He's the "normal" guy on the team and a lot of his backstory is tied up with Black Widow.
Grunt's The Thing. Big, boisterous, enjoys smashing things, etc.
Thane's Iron Fist. Same sort of warrior-philosopher vibe.
Mordin's Mr. Fantastic. Need to defeat the bad guy or save the day with science? Mordin's your go-to guy.
Legion is Vision. He's the only synthetic member of the Avengers and seeks to coexist with humanity.
Kasumi is Kitty Pryde. Same cheerful personality, can appear out of absolutely nowhere.
I read a ton of comics.

I love these two, man the carnage that would ensue if they joined forces to take back Omega!
Also in regards to who Jack is like from X-Men I think a mixture of Wolverine and Storm too like Jonata.

I'm curious, why do people keep thinking Jack and or Miranda will appear in the "Omega" DLC, if that even happens?
Eh, the Omega DLC might not even make it off the ground, I loved the picture, just felt like sharing. And anymore Jack content even an appearance in a dlc like this although it is reaching I wouldn't complain.

Just goes to show how starved we are of appropriate content for these characters. We have to start hoping they'll show up in DLCs that are at best only tenuously connected to them.
EDIT: Yipes! top of page needs Jack.

I am a Jack and I'm smashing a base, smashy smashy base, smashy smashy base!
