That's awesome, and looks pretty much what Jack could wear when she's not in her typical prison clothes!
(Also... I know I may be in a minority here, but ME2 Jack is the best Jack.)
I'm with you, no matter how few we may be.
Then again, I hold the opinion that Jack didn't need to change between the two games. The internal changes that a Paramance Shepard could see in her were enough. I feel that changing her outward appearance to show maturity... diminished her character. I feel that she's compromising herself to fit in a little better. Part of her appeal was the fact that she didn't try to gain people's acceptance. They could take her as she was, or they could go do something nasty to themselves with a shotgun and their colon. That 'I am who I am, deal with it' facet to her held a lot of appeal to me. Changing that caused something to be lost.
She was maturing on the inside, there was no need for an outward indicator. If they had gone that way, made the maturity only truly apparent to those Shepards who worked with her, tried to get to know her (romance and non-romance), then the relationship with the character would have felt more relevant to her development. As is, she 'matures' regardless of if you befriend her or not, as long as you get her out of the SM alive.
Also not a fan of her self-censorship. If there's one thing they didn't need to add in considering how little content we got, it was a cutesy thing like that. Feels like her writer couldn't stomach her ME2 version and tried to tone her down as much as the rest of his team would stand for.
