Not sure I'd agree with that assesment. Ashley has some strong in-group vs. out-group views, and I can't see her easily getting past the no doubt somewhat caustic first impression, or Jack's lack of respect for authority. As for Jack, I imagine she'd see Ashley as a bit of a drone, and not make any effort to get to know her.

Kaidan on the other hand, seems far more inclined to judge people based on their individual merit, and while he doubtless wouldn't approve of her more egregious crimes, I feel he'd at least make to form a positive relationship. Of course, Jack would be suspicious of his motivations at first, but I think she'd warm up to him faster than she does to Shepard, simply because Kaidan is nothing if not sincear.

I can't see Liara and Jack being too close. Liara's awkward, Jack's brash. Their personalities seem to conflict.

Likewise with Tali, who's upbeat manner might be somewhat offputting for Jack. Also, quarian social conventions being what they are, I can't imagine Tali would be overly comfortable with Jack's usual wardrobe choices.

Garrus and Jack would not get along, though I'd like to think that Garrus would keep his criticism to a minimum so long as Shepard wants Jack around.

As for Wrex, I see an elevator conversation going something like this:

Wrex: So, Jack, who would win in a fight between you and Shepard?
Jack: Is that a serrious question? Me. When I get in a fight, it's just me and a bunch of people who don't realise they're dead yet.
Wrex: Shepard, I think I'm beginning to like this one.

Oh, how could I forget Wrex. Yeah, Jack is definitely the kind of girl Wrex would respect.

Maybe you're right about Ashley too. I just think, both are strong female personalities. They may not like each other from the get-go, but grow to respect each other. But, it could be another Jack-Miranda thing all over again. Too many variables, too many variables!

I also don't see Jack being friends with Grunt/Zaeed like many do. Grunt is closer to a pet than anyone's friend. Zaeed she might respect, but at the end of the day he's still an old fart. Not someone who could relate an awful lot to Jack.

But really to know her and build a friendship? I think only a real patient Paragon like Kaidan could do that.

I'm looking for a "Tony the Tiger" line for Jack and/or Niftu Cal. Either one of them would make for a great spokesperson for Biotic Crunch!

The very beginning of Garrus' recruit mission. Jack says "Sounds like getting out will be more fun than getting in".

I left her to protect Garrus and while me and Grunt were fighting she radios in "It's fun up here, but don't take too long". Ohh classic, I can just see Garrus snickering at the help I gave him.

Don't have any of the weapon/armour based DLCs so it's plain old M27 Scimitar for all the anti-Cerberus squaddies. Jack has to really get in their faces with that one.

It says the Evisc is "human civilian" design, doesn't actually list Cerberus. I gave her the Claymore and she's doing better than Grunt, so we'll see how it works in the long term.

I also RP that Garrus and Zaeed 'old school' it with the M92 Mantis, while Thane would use the lighter/more assassin-y M97 Viper. Yeah, I'm strange like that.

Interesting. That kinda makes them more personalized,  I kind of feel kinda bad when Garrus says "I love this rifle" and it's anything but the Mantis. But the Incisor is blue, I mean, Garrus is blue!

Jack/Zaeed would try to 1-up each other's bizarre combat stories, and have a good time doing it. Well, Jack, mostly, cuz she would always 1-up Zaeed, and he'd get all frustrated cuz she's half his age but then laugh it off Jack/Grunt could have pleasant conversations, I mean for a week old krogan he's got a certain eloquence, but at the end of the day, yes, Zaeed still an old fart and Grunt's just a child. "Friendship" isn't the word I'd use, I would say "regular tolerated acquaintances." That would be good enough, all things considered.
