She'll probably look like Juhani in KOTOR. Same voice actress. Same character arch. Same character history of abuse (abducted, sold into slavery, sexually assaulted, became really powerful, has anger issues).

I'm thinking Jack will be bald, but have a Juhani style pony tail at the top of her head.

I'm sorry, but BioWare is too much of a pleaser of the populace to EVER include something like that, no matter how tame it would be compared to tv-standards. Just look at the backlash they got from Fox News for the (incredibly) tame sex-scenes in the first game.

That would actually make a pretty funny story, I can see it now

Fox News: "We are talking today about a video game that we have mentioned on the show before, Mass Effect. This game first made headlines for its depiction of graphic sexual acts and Fox News has learned that, the game also features unprotected sex, with underage girls, that upon them becoming pregnant, the character is allowed to abandon them. We are discussing the message that this game is sending to our children" :D

Maybe, hopefully she isn't changed too much, they already said all your favorite characters will be back, hopefully we get at the very least just a screenshot of her.

I remember when they were doing a piece on internet harrasment via online gaming, and were using Halo 3 as an example...

They showed videos of KZ2.

Haha, apparently, I need to word things better....I have no idea if they have any plans to reveal Jack at Gamescom, it was just a massive IF.

Why do I see this and also see Jeff Keighly back on there to defend the game?  And when it shows him, he's just sitting there with his head in his hand going, "D*mn it, guys.........just.......just g*dd*mn it...."  :P

Shoot me now, but if BioWare doesn't reveal Jack, it would add more impact when we finally see her in-game. Personally, I wouldn't want to see Jack before playing the game either.

Yes but if it's truly awful, what they've done to her, by the time the game is out, raging about it won't do anyone any good. At least if we see her soon in a yellow sundress we can make our dislike known and possibly, maybe, hopefully have something done about it...

Good point.

On that note, I kind of envision Jack to look something like this, provided you paragonized her.

Add some hair, possibly a mohawk-esque hairstyle that spreads out slightly at the back of the head, and it'll be even better. Her black top could use a bit more detail too.

OOOOOooooooo
Nice to see some new fan art

As for this whole "Jack Reveal Prophecy" thing, I hope the first time I see her new look is in-game.
I want the possible shock factor.

Although there is a part of me that wants to see her now, what's the point if I can't play the game yet?
Aaaand, spoilers suck. I don't mind seeing concept art though.

I haven't been in the forums much lately due to life business and such, but if Jack is revealed before release I might have to avoid this site for a while...

Come to think of it, if Jack is revealed before release, maybe we can revive the old ME2 thread since ME3 spoilers are not allowed there!:D I guess something good for everyone could come out of it after all!

There is no escaping it, Punchbag! The prophecy has been told! If you are wishing to avoid seeing her, you will see her! Whether by accident or no! So it has been written!

Yeah I would rather just wait until the game comes out to see if she looks any different. However it would be impossible to avoid, even if I didn't come here is the advertising is as aggressive as it was with ME2.

I'm not worried about spoilers, the peace of mind in knowing that there is content that can be spoiled would be worth it, IMO. In regards to Ninja's earlier comment about the Garrus reveal in ME2, I didn't feel that having watched his trailer lessened the moment for me when actually playing the game. And the VS lameness didn't phase me, since I already knew that most of the ME1 characters would be sidelined. Plus, any character trailer for ME3 is likely to be out of context since that just how Bioware rolls, misdirection seems to be there style.

In a weird way this will be true, if there is any new character design, BSN will not be a save place to be spoiler free.
At least this prophecy is so much more fun than all the... the world will end, ones. :P

The world will end 24 hours after Mass Effect 3 is released. Posted Image

So play like your life depended on it.

Jack is awesome.

It kind of looks like Miranda is standing on Jack's lap while Jack's right arm is busy fondling her ass.

Great art though. I wouldn't be able to make something like this in a million years.

The same thing happened with me towards Garrus.  I knew Archangel was him, but I still got goosebumps seeing him.  For me, there's a difference between seeing a person in a screenshot or video, and then seeing him on your T.V or computer.

Even if I see Jack now, I know I'll still get all excited seeing her when I play because I won't know how or when I'll see her in game, so that's what really excites me.

Normally I actually like spoilers. But this time is different just because I honestly have no idea what Jack could be up to in ME3. Aside from kicking some Cerberus ****, What can she be up to? I'm excited to see what Bioware has come up with for her.

So what would you people thinking of Jack becoming an S/S LI in ME3?

She mentions that a couple "helped [her] into their bed", which will obviously give BioWare a reason to make her bisexual, despite her turning down FemShep's advances in ME2 (which I can't remember the exact quote for, but she says something similar to "I don't play for that team").

I just hope they don't go the Dragon Age 2-route and turn everyone Shepardsexual. It made the romances feel cheap to me, where their sexual preference was no longer a part of the characters personality - instead it was a shelf of different people where you could cherrypick whoever you wanted. It doesn't work like that in real life, nor do I think it should in games.

Jack seems likely to be a candidate, but I'm not gonna say whether that is good or bad until I see/experience it.

For me it's not very interesting, I will not play female Shepard as a Paragon and I won't romance Jack with a Renegade.

But, why the **** not. Jack is one of my favourite romance options, I would feel kind of stupid not to support any romance with her. B)

In general I'm a little pessimistic that she will be an S/S option.
I can't imagin she is very popular in the S/S crowd, I think they rather have Miranda, Ashley or Tali.

It's "doesn't do the whole girls' club thing." Which could mean many things that aren't sexual.

That wasn't the case; they were all just bi.

The can of worms has been opened. Again :-P

[EDIT] I realized I didn't reply at all. As I posted before, as a Jack fan I'd be angry because it would be out of character (because of the way Jack refuses further interactions with FemShep, saying that "she's not a girls club kinda person"). As a player, I'd be happy, because she'd be perfect for my canon Femshep: I mean, both victims of Cerberus, both with mental scars and lack of mental sanity... what could possibly go wrong? :-P

Meh. "Girls' club" could mean anything, plenty of it unrelated to sex.

No, it's very clear that the "girls club" line relates to a S/S relationship, especially considering the line which follows, "I like you, alright? That's a good place to stop."

Personally, I wouldn't like it simply because I hate stereotypes. Jack is the wild child punk female....a lot of times that character ends up being pigeonholed as being bi or at least "experimental" in media. Although, I won't lie that and say I wouldn't SOMEWHAT enjoy it....I mean....I am a straight male... (yes, masochistic a bit, but I can't deny it)

i think a romance option with aria from omega would be a sick option and as a final ending you could rule with her after you f up the reapers...anyt thoughts ojn that it would be like the bastila choice to rule from kotor which for some reason is not on this site and was there best game
