Gameplay-wise, the geth shotgun.. her with that thing is deadly. I noticed she tends to run up close anyway and sometimes I'll try to kill someone and bam, I just see her shooting the person before I have a chance. She always steals my kills

If I could, I'd give her the claymore hahaha, but I'm a console player = no modding.

But in game she usually gets the Geth Shotgun. I just don't want any Squadmate in the front line expect Grunt.

That's one reason I loved her so much too, she tended to one of the more active characters, well in terms of animation.  Jumping on boxes (going pirate scene), showing the emotion in her face and some other scenes that I can't really think of now, but you get the gist/jist (however that's spelled lmao) of it.

Ah yes. I love that scene too. Showed off a bit of Jack's playfulness. Whoever animated her eyes as she was talking about Murtock deserves an award for the best animated squinting I've ever seen. The long lashes helped too.

Jack's integration into the crew during ME2 is a well-told story. I like the little things like Shep flinching when Jack jumps up on the table... like he's a little afraid of her, and still doesn't trust her. I like that it's not just a story of Jack coming out of her shell, but also one where Shep grows to accept such an unorthodox person.

And I like that solving the loyalty dilemma between her and Miranda doesn't automatically make them play nice with each other like Tali and Legion. You can get Jack to be a cohesive part of the team, but she's still there antagonizing "Cerberus Cheerleader" Miranda, even when they're both loyal and you're crash-landed on the Collector base.

She's a feisty one, and a little thing like possibly being stranded in the galactic core isn't gonna get in the way of Jack being Jack, and I love that

Uh, that didn't explain much. I love Ash, but I didn't romance her at all during my first few ME1 playthroughs because at the time I knew that most if not all ME1 characters would be getting the shaft, almost like a 'what's the point' sort of a thing. Is that where your coming from in regards to Jack, that you worry that she will get the shaft?

I completely agree, and these are the scenes I think of whenever someone brings up there wish/hope for Mass Effect to incorporate an LA Noire style face animation mechanic into one of there games. They are already doing a damn fine job as it is, and there is something to be said for Jack's face model still being an unknown even now almost two years after ME2's release. I find the not knowing really enhances the mystic of any character, but especially Jack.

The Door comic by Mondo and Epantiras makes a great companion piece to a Jackmance playthrough. It puts imagery behind the conversations you have with her. And it's really well written. Sad and emotional and uplifting. I'm as manly as they come  but Door makes me choke up.

I was reading it again today and it made me want to do a NG+ with my Jackmance Shep so I could play through it again... but I'm right in the middle of another Shep and I don't have another 30+ hours to spend on it

If I could only choose one LI for the entire series, it would be Jack. She gets to me

Anybody else hoping to see a Jack figure at some point? We have Shep, Grunt, Tali, Thane, and soon that ridiculous Liara from Kotobukiya. (Though, to be fair, I didn't expect anything else from Kotobukiya and I'm probably still going to end up buying it.) Miranda, Garrus, Legion and Mordin got cancelled, sadly. Hopefully we'll see something soon and they'll have our girl included.
