Starting a new Shep in ME2 which means..... endless amount of restarts in order to fix her face. On the upside, plenty of Joker-time and since we don't have anything of him on this page yet. Here it goes.

Concerning your plight, have you tried doing the "forgot my password" option? It shows up if you type in the wrong password...

I just finished ME1 with my single-for-Joker Shep and started ME2 and it's a hard time seeing something you cannot have. I'd hug him through a monitor, he's simply irresistable.
