Although this is most likely never to happen, I would like to see Joker rescueing Shepard without just flying in to pick him/her up with the Normandy.

I know he's no soldier, with or without the brittle bones, but maybe using a small fighter or something.

I prefer the dynamic as it is now, with Shepard and Joker being brilliant at what they do but not able to do each others jobs.

Rather than either being the damsel in distress maybe them working together to get Liara safely off her lightening rod off a base.

Hey, you know, I just watched a true-suicide mission video again--I know it's just the default anim there, but still, I love it when Joker touches Shepard's coffin. There's a sense of intimacy and melancholy there.

As I mentioned on that vid, he understands Shepard like no one else, and he is there in both final moments of her life, calling her name--both at the beginning and the end of ME2. There's this sense of poetry to it that I still find difficult to dismiss as being mere buddies. He's just too good a character to not have some deeper moments with at the very least.

It's been a while since I've seen that ending. Something which strikes me this time around is that he moves a metal cirder, the one in the COMM room, out his way with no problem at all, much as Shepard does. An argument could be made that Joker has been getting the same skin and bone upgrades as Shepard.

That ending makes me sad for many reasons but the Joker focused one is this; not only does he lose Shepard again but TIM orders him to return the Normandy to port. He's basically back where he was 2 years ago, grounded and (according to my head canon) feeling responsible for Shepard's death.

I just sent this to my roommate who is obsessed with trololo, has a t-shirt and everything. XD

Anyway, I am always so thrilled to see so many new people here! I wish I had more time to no-life with y'all. In response to RhiPanda's question, I would love it if Shep had to rescue Joker. I'd play the hell out of that mission. However, it seems a bit damsel-in-distress-ish, which is totally not Joker, but it could work.

I really need to be in here more often...gives me such good inspiration for my fanfic!

While reading some mass effcet fanfic the other day I had a thought. In a lot of fan fics I have read Kaidan is angry with Joker for getting Shepard killed.. What would angry kaidans reaction be to loosing shepard to Joker be? Just wondering.

One thing I kinda wished was in Lair of the Shadow broker was a Dossier on Joker, cause everyone else had one and I really wanted to find out more about his past, but maybe that means we get to find it out from him in ME3

I hadn't thought about Joker but imo there should have been one for the VS. I would have loved to read the report they submitted to Anderson about Shepard and Horizon.

...Then again the dossiers would forget if you're a femShep or a ManShep. Tracking who you killed and who you didn't in the first game is probably asking too much.

Finally started my Joker romance Shep (really hope he is). Ophelia Shepard, colonist/sole survivor/inflitrator. Think she's going to be renagade, cant be tough cookie but underneath it all, she'll do the right thing. Joker counteracts her "seriousness" she may even get a sense of humour.
