Figured that would happen. They made us figure out the LIs ourselves for the last game too. I have mixed feelings about this though; I'm glad they didn't tell us because then it's a big surprise for when we play the game. But at the same time, I'm as upset as a swan in a desert. : \\

WHAT!? Gosh, Dragon Age fans are spoiled - they told us a month or more prior to release. Then again, the surprise in ME2 when Garrus said "Well, I hear some women are attracted to men with scars, albeit most them are Krogan."

Then I ran to the internets to see if it were true... Garrus was a pleasant surprise, but if Joker is available - omgodsddsfdf....

Oh well, I just hope Joker flirts appear before other LIs get serious.

And if there is a Jokermance but not a Jokermance (ie: Kelly), a deafening facepalm will be heard 'round the world. I already plan on not sleeping that night. Will be playing through as a male, though, so I might not find out in a single playthrough (can I count on one of you cluing me in?)

Once agaon it's seems as it is up to our buddies across the pond to clue the rest of us in how it goes with the Joker-LI-thing. I'll we waiting here, in thread, biting my fingernails pretty much. Just.... let us down gently if there is no romance? And play as much as you can =) we want aswers =)

Ugh Casey's driving me up a freakin' wall. Same here: on the one hand, I wanna know, I REALLY wanna know, and then on the other I don't. I mean, come on, I have the CE preordered, can't I get a hint? A shake of the head? Shrug of the shoulders? Annoyed glare that screams, "Why the hell won't you leave me alone about Joker?" and then tell me in an attempt to get rid of me? Anything?

Ugh. Fine. I'll wait till March like a normal person.

Topic: The new Normandy has a lounge. A nice bar sits at one end stocked with the best liquor the galaxy has to offer. Comfy chairs invite sore muscles to their deep cushions, and the floor to ceiling window looking out into space gives the visitor a sense of the inescapable drift into the unknown. Would Joker visit the lounge at all? Would he sneak in during the night shift to down a few? Would Shepard find him on the floor, or still standing with a cocky grin while everyone else lay passed out around the table after a bet? What do you see him doing anything, if at all, in the lounge? What kind of drunk is he, and what's his favorite type of alcohol?

And, don't pass this mini discussion over. We need to keep this thread a'movin'!

This just occurred to me last night; maybe Ashely has become the Marcie to Diana's Peppermint Patty. If so, then she is definitely surviving Virmire! Lol
Sorry, Kaidan... I'm actually gonna have Diana drop the news on him that she is just not into him during the first convo. Stoic military men (especially men that don't allow themselves to open up) tend to bore her since she spent a good deal of her life around them. Internally, she wants someone fun, someone who isn't afraid to just be themselves, someone with a beard that's possibly made of candyfloss!


As for your discussion, I see Joker as a beer man, personally. He and Maleshep would have a chugging contest, while I see him and Femshep sharing a fine liquor or wine... or chugging contest! XD

Hmmm.... Joker and the lounge =) I'm guessing some regular cold beer. Sitting back somewhere comfortable. Ohh... now I want to go to some nice place and take a beer. Ohh well. I'll settle for installing all the ME2dlc on the new computer and watching stuff from PAX. How I wish I could've gone to that. Before the evil "wait until march"-twitter I would have hoped for some Joker-LI-info =) oh well. All good things to those who wait.

Unless you were waiting for Varric or Aveline. Or you were one of those who thought that Arrival would feature the VS. Then... it doesn't apply =)

Lol, it's alright though. Was half-expecting them to filter the questions, anyway. Pretty sure Bioware is at the point where they're done non-answering questions and are now just turning down those "Guys, look. We would really like to tell you, but we can't" questions completely.

Not giving up hope, though. Maintaining that "optimistic realist" outlook. Like what Phantom said, we'll just need to think of something else to do in the meantime. I vote posting "in-progress" pics of our Shepards with Joker. I'll go first!
