Chalk me up for one of those "Because HE plugged in the Overlord!" shirts! Maybe include "When we're all organic batteries, guess who they'll blame?"

Edit: Ohh, top of page, huh? Well, I drafted this in notepad and was saving it for later, but I might as well copy/paste it here since I made top of page! Lol :D

Time to necro a topic Eliantariel started back on page 93! ;)

What does your Shepard that has a secret crush on Joker look like?

No doubt I've already posted a couple pictures of Diana. Now that I have finally played her PC counterpart through ME1 and imported her into ME2, I now have a quality pic of her with our favorite Alliance pilot:

Posted Image

Had to wade through a lot of derp faces before finally capturing that one. Fortunately, I have an itchy photo-finger. I think what sells this is Joker's *snickers* driver’s license photo face and Shepard's "crush" face (obviously trying to be suppressed).

And since I feel the need to include a backstory for all of my Shepards, I'll throw hers into the mix:

Diana Shepard, Spacer/Sole Survivor Adept and Paragon. She's an Alliance soldier through and through (mostly because of her upbringing). She hasn't been in a relationship since before Akuze (over six years by the time Mass Effect 1 begins). It was a traumatic event that hardened her emotionally. She focuses on her duties so much in order to deal with the pain (it doesn’t stop the memories and dreams, though). In short, she is complicated.
She’s open-minded about allying with aliens, but isn’t into them sexually. Alenko’s reluctance bored her out of pursuing anything further and by the end of ME2, she viewed Jacob as a valuable ally… but that’s about it. Joker, on the other hand, annoyed her when they first met. However, as the mission progressed, she found herself admiring his abilities and warmed up to him as a fellow crewmate and, eventually, as a person.
When Cerberus rebuilt her, she felt very alone (she had no choice but to work with the same organization that killed her entire unit). Joker was the first of her old team to return to her, strengthening her feelings for him even further. They were good friends by the end of ME2. Where it will all lead is up to Bioware.

Anyway, there’s my wall-of-text backstory. Tried to keep it as short as I could, but what can I say, I like writing and RP elements! =]

I wish I could be a hermit!! I have two kids, and a husband whom also wants to play ME3. We are going to get it at midnight though, and I get to play it first...but that will only be for a few hours. :( I wish I could shut myself in my bedroom with the game and not let anyone in. My husband can take care of our babies while I finish the game, and then I would do the same for him when it was his turn. Muwhaha!

Love it! I would buy this in a heart beat.

Also..the picture of Omega's Shep and Joker is awesome! I laughed out loud when I noticed that Joker did have a driver lisence face. Your Shep is very pretty Omega. I also liked the little bit of background you gave to her.

I'm glad you like it! And thanks, but I can't take credit for Diana's appearance (except for the eye color). Her code was freely distributed on the Mass Effect 2 Faces Database by Sondra1408 (Sarah Shepard). But I'm glad you enjoyed the screenie and the backstory I gave her! Let's hope it doesn't hit a brick wall come March, yes? Lol

Haha, I loved making that t-shirt. Hurrah for t-shirt creating websites! Took me forever to find one that had the pi symbol though. : \\

I should send the design into BioWare...a Joker shirt is overdue.

Ah yes, derp faces are a-plenty in Mass Effect.  There seems to be an over abundance when it comes to taking pictures of ME from the Xbox, because all you can rely on is a little camera. Or you could record the gameplay...

...

Why didn't I think of that before?! HNNNGGGGG. *goes to record playing ME* BOOYAH.

But I love Joker's smirk here. I can imagine that's the first time he's really smiled/smirked in a while. And I've used that facecode before! That is a very pretty Shepard. =] The Facecode Database is a life saver.

Just sticking my nose into the Joker thread to say I'd buy this tee

Also need to make a new femshep just in case I can romance Joker as all my others are with Garrus and I can't bring myself to cheat on him/choose between the two.

@ Omega Torsk =) Diana is lovely and I like the backstory. Jupp, let's hope that all our Joker-FemShep's will get some pilot-loving next year.

I love the t-shirt, it's great. Hmmm... Just wish we could get a pic of Joker in there some where.

Finished ME2 last night with the latest FemShep and the beginning of the SM with Joker flying the Normandy through the Omega 4 realy is so great! Had shivers going down my spine. Jupp. There are some really good bits with a extra dose of Joker in ME2. The beginning, when the crew is taken and the end of the game.

At the moment I'm a total ME2-junkie. Want to start a new one straight away =)

I would strongly disapprove of Joker romance.  Both male and female Shepard playthroughs, Joker has has that best friend, or even younger brother feel to him, and romance with him would just cloud my image of him and ruin my liking for him.

Besides, if you all cared about Joker, you wouldn't break every limb from the ribs down for a 10 second romance scene.  <_<

It's optional. But thanks for not saying anything about breaking his bones, like oth--

My eyes have been opened. NO JOKERMANCE. PEOPLE WITH BRITTLE BONE DISEASE DON'T DESERVE LOVE.
<_<

We have heard this a lot. Please don't act like we're not aware of what he has and our only concern is doing it with virtual men.

@ Most Definitely Sane =) jupp, a little bit of Joker on that shirt and it will be perfect. Hmm... he has so many great quotes that would go well on a shirt. Wish we could choose from all of them.

@ N7 Vey don't worry, like any other BioWare romance it would be optional. And romance with a person with brittle bones works in real life so it will most likely work in Mass Effect as well.

I'm perfectly fine with your opinion. What bothered me was how you added the "you'd break his bones" at the end.

What, so your opinon is that people with Brittle bones can't be in a relationship with someone? or have sex?
that's not an opinion, it's ignorance ¬_¬

edit: To clarify I'm cool with you not wanting a Joker romance but the breaking his bones bit is the part I am opposed to

@ N7 Vey and it's no problem with not wanting to play a specific romance. I haven't romanced all the LI available for FemShep. But we really don't like the "U will break him"-bit. OI, (brittle bone disease) is real, but you can love and live with it.

It's not ignorance, is a simple matter if not knowing.  I apologize for not being informed of this fact.

I apologize, in the words of the C-Sec officer "Im sorry sir, it was a poor choice of words."

Let's put it this way;  You can have the best damn helmsman in the Alliance fleet taking on the impossible with numerous injuries that will most likely effect pilot performance.

@ N7 Vey Hmmm.... thank you for coming back and writing a apology. People don't usually do that. I don't think it would be a problem if both are careful so we'll just have to agree to disagree I guess. No problem with that =)

I don't think you are quite getting it, Joker is not going to break loads of bones just by having sex, people have the same condition in real life and manage to have sex and even give birth. Plus we're pretty sure Shep knows how to be gentle.

I'll take your word for it.  Nevertheless, my case has been stated.  You will no longer hear from me in this thread, to prevent further conflict or back-and-forth posts.

Long live Joker
