Lol. He's just a - or was - a spokes person for Oxiclean. Famous for shouting and moving his hands constantly as he's selling a pitch. Here he is in action: Get on the ball!
Can't tell you how often I had to turn down the volumn when he came on the screen. XD
@ Namira: Love the mod! If I had ME2 on the computer, I'd use it! XD

Why did he always yell? And why did they take him off the commercials? The new ones are the same just with Sully. Oh and how do they manage to still appear to taped in the 90s?
Oh and double my oder for free.
Because he died. *hangs head*
It was all quite horrible, actually. The day before he died, my mother was making fun of his infomercials - shouting and doing all the hand movements, etc. Then I'm down in Florida and find out Mr. Mays died after knocking his head on a piece of baggage that fell from a compartment on the airplane. I called my mom and blamed it all on her because she made fun of him. Since then, she's tried not to make fun of anyone I liked...she's probably to blame for Snape dying too. <_<

How could I have been the one
I saw the world spin beneath you
And scatter like ice from the spoon
- The Goo Goo Dolls -- Black Balloon
I'll just leave this here.

The Goo Goo Dolls are my all time favorite band EVER. And that fits very well. XD

Joker is kewl and all but i just
don't see it happening after he being in two games and Shepard not
making a move or acknowledging an interest in him at all.
In that case, a Garrus or Tali romance should not have happened or occure in ME3 either because Shepard did not show any interest in them in ME1 or ME2? Hmm...I don't get it.

Joker is too much of a bro to romance, like Garrus. But if you guys get the option and you want to, go for it.
Just be prepared to deal with the fact that you introduced EDI to jealousy.
We thank you for your understanding and support!
And here's what I have to say to EDI's induced jealousy:
BRING IT ON.

Lol, it certainly could, Namira! Hmm...
(Normandy Halloween party; Shepard enters the Navigational Deck dressed as Harley Quinn)
(She approaches the bridge; Joker swivels around dressed as a giant chicken)
Joker: Commander?
Shepard: (upset) What the hell, Joker? We agreed on a theme, here! This makeup isn't easy to apply and do you know how long it took me to find a designer that still makes this catsuit!?!?
(The airlock opens; Legion enters the bridge wearing a purple trenchcoat, pinstriped suit, white plating, and a green wig)
Legion: We query your seriousness.
Shepard: You've got to be kidding.
Legion: We shall requisition an expression of joy and contentment on your face.
(Garrus enters as well, wearing a batsuit)
Garrus: (childishly gruff voice) He must have friends!
Shepard: Well, at least yours kind of fits, Mr. Vigilante.
Joker: I think Grunt's costume fits him a little too well.
Grunt: (yelling from the lower decks) THIS. AM. SPARTA!!!
(crashing noises can be heard)
Joker: Can someone calm him down before he kicks through a bulkhead?
Shepard: Why on earth would you even dress as a giant chicken?
Joker: Sorry Commander, the costume shop on the Citadel was out of bunny suits.
Shepard: JOKER!!!
Joker: Fine, fine!
(Joker removes the Chicken suit to reveal a Hamill-Joker costume underneath)
Joker: Alright, Ms. Quinn, let's go dancing! Or at least, you can dance to the sound of my breaking legs.
Shepard:
Legion made me chuckle, but the bolded part is particularly brilliant.
