A lot of you read my fic thing. I am thinking of putting it up on DeviantArt but I am also a ruthless perfectionist -- DeviantArt allows you to put up a little image representing the story and the chapter. So I am going to draw something specifically for it.

For those of you who read TBMS, have you any suggestions? A favourite scene or something you feel is representative?

I like the idea of him looking into Shep's eyes.  I also love it when Bailie first puts her hand on Joker's shoulder in the cockpit.

Who would I hate to see die the most? Ashley. I would hate to see her sacrifice herself (like she almost did on Virmire) for the simple reason of redeeming her family name. She deserves a happy ending and a lot of military brats with Shepard. Well, this is only for the Shepard I'm romancing her on. I don't have as much of a problem with her dying on a couple of my other shepards. But on the Shepard I'm romancing her on?

I see a scene like in Terminator, where Joker confesses something like, "I love you Shepard. I always have." which Shepard then has the option of reacting to (one of those options being a kiss). This would be after some initiation lines so that it's not straight out of the blue. OR maybe it could be something like I mentioned some months ago, where Shepard snogs Joker right before a dangerous mission.

Somehow I don't like the idea of Joker dying in ME3. He's one of those guys I really like to see as a BFF for a male Shepard (and a female Shepard, if she's not romancing him). Joker is just a great guy, and he deserves better.

Right now I don't like to see anyone of my Squad dying. Not even those characters I don't really like, mostly because my Shep cares for his crew. But yeah, if I have to sacrifice someone, I would pick someone I don't like as much as others.

@ Omega: Thanks for that statement about Ashley. Yeah, I hope she won't be that stupid in ME3. She has to redeem nothing - she's awesome enough as she is. And yep, she deserves to have a happy end.

First kiss? OHhh.... I'm up for pretty much anything as long as it is actually takes place in the game, lol. As long as I get some Joker-love for my FemShep then I'm pretty much game. Cute kiss in the mess, check. Dramatic kiss before big scary attack of huge monsters, check. Surprise kiss before Shepard runs of to attack the Big Bad Boss, check. Just give it to meee =)

I dont mind them kissing during a near death, so long as that near death doesnt occur at the end..

Man.. how nice would it have been to have the option to initiate it at the end of ME2? Joker steps out to help Shepard, firing away.

And then ME3 begins with a new romance for Shep! D'aww

That's why I loved it when Zevran recited the poem to my Warden just because she looked unhappy. Granted, the poem was awful, but his intentions were very sweet. And, he is one of the only party members to take interest in the Warden's well being.

Do you mean the fact that he'll hit on Hawke no matter what? That's actually a bug. The lines for a romanced Zevran exist, both for a living and a dead Warden, they're just bugged for whatever reason.

But yes, I liked the "cheering up" poem too. That's certainly more than the other LIs do. 

Oh yeah, I know that's a bug. When Zevran went off with Isabela, my jaw dropped into the Deep Roads because that just did NOT make sense for his character if he is in love with the Warden. I looked it up, and of course it was a bug. OF COURSE BIOWARE.

I hear Fall is going to be big for ME3 news. Like squadmate announcements and whatnot.

I mean, come on, Bioware! Backpedal a couple years, 5 months before ME2 came out, the community was getting Thane and Grunt rubbed in their faces! All we've gotten so far is... a picture and a few panels of James Vega (and still no voice actor).

Yeah, bugs suck... thankfully, Mass Effect goes through enough testing and they usually cut out a lot of the bugs in the pre-release stage. I can overlook Conrad Verner, but come on, now... Garrus's mashed potato face in the PC version of ME1? How did they miss that?

Also, I haven't played DAII yet, what have they done to Zevran's appearance?

Oh, I don't think they could ever implement it for the main storyline... it could be something like Gears of War, but then again, who would pick the decisions? The first player? That'd be kind of lame...

I honestly think it will just be a series of tacked-on versus modes. In all honesty, I would rather they not distract themselves with a multiplayer mode the other games were able to do without and instead focus on making the main game great. They can save multiplayer for the Mass Effect MMO (if it even happens). I will admit though, it would be pretty cool to play as Garrus.

But that "killer feature" could be anything, really. Hey, maybe we'll finally be able to play as Joker and put the Normandy through her paces, blasting Reapers and Cerberus ships during awesome space battles, instead of just the cutscenes doing it for us!

Now the hope of Diana and Adam Shepard having their Mom and Dad coming in and defending them doesn't seem like such an unreality! Pweez, Bioware? Fallout 3 was able to do it with customizable characters! (tailor the parent's appearance to the customized appearance of the playable character) Meh, *goes back to dreaming*
If they even appear, it will most likely be like DA:O where we're all supposed to ignore that Warden Cousland doesn't have the same skin tone or facial features as his/her parents. But a guy can dream, can't he? It would be a pleasant surprise, Bioware! I have imaginary cookies I'll be sending you!!!

But seriously, I'm getting chills from Ashley, Joker, and Anderson possibly approaching the stand and hotly defending Shepard!

Ohhh.... people coming to the trial to defend Shepard.... me likey. And it would be a pretty good way to introduce all the key-characters to new players. I'm a little worried for Joker, how will the Alliance react to him working for Cerberus. Even if he would say that he worked for Shepard I'm not a 100 % sure that the Alliance will see it the same way. But perhaps we will finally know why he was grounded?
