Tell us why you don't think Joker should be a LI, without using his brittle bones as a reason.

B. Adds nothing to the Mass Effect series.
C. Joker not fleshed out enough to be a romance option
D. Reaper invasion
E. Shows no interest
I made these points before you guys chose to ignore them.

With the late in series point/reaper invasion, does that mean you disagree with any new LIs in ME3?
Yes of course. We had two games to shack up with someone. If you didn't make a choice then, I doubt 3 is going to mystify you.

Hmm fair enough, I see your point but I do still disagree, so... agree to disagree?
Fair. I'll leave you girls to your thread.
Edit: Or nevermind.

Okay, yeah, when giant sentient machines are coming are to kill everyone is not the best time to start up relationships. But this isn't a three day sprint to the finish. There would be down time between whatever you'd be doing to prepare where something could start. While it's not ideal it IS plausible.
Well you can squeeze anything into the game with that logic. Are we trying to be reasonable or just "plausible"?

And as far as a Joker specific romance you wouldn't need that time to get to know each other and become friends because you already have that relationship base there at the start of the game.

While some people don't understand it, a Joker romance makes perfect sense for others. Some relationships take years to build, not months or weeks. Sometimes attraction is not expressed until something or someone pushes that person to say something. We're talking about human nature here, not ideals. Joker's nature suggests he is never upfront with his feelings on matters.
If we want to be reasonable we have to realize that we cannot convince BioWare to change anything story related at this point. No Jokermance? I'll be disappointed, but I'll move on. Jokermance? I will be one happy gal.

You wanna play fair and not mock us anymore? If so, I'll have a reasonable discussion with you. I will, however, inform you that these are all points that have been brought up in the past, and are all points that we have debated before. These are topics we've given a fair bit of thought before choosing to support a Joker romance since before the release of ME2. In all honesty, we get a bit tired of people not doing their homework before they come in here.
Your past comments have definitely not earned you any favors, but if you're willing to be civil, I will adress each and every point you want to make. Civility is the only caveat to that. Savvy?

@M-Taylor - as a family guy zealot, im wondering what you mean lol. Oh, that you think of Chris every time Joker speaks?
For halloween i'll be turning all the lights off and staying in my bedroom in hopes lil kids wont knock on the door thinking no ones in![]()
Is anyone doing anything for the dA contest btw? Seems like we're flogging a dead horse lol, maybe ppl DO care if there are prizes or not
I wish that I was better at drawing =) and that I had more time to do it in. Hmm.... I had this dream of Joker arriving at a Hallowen-party in a Atlas saying that that was his costume, lol. We don't really celebrate Hallowen up here where I live so I won't be doing much for that one.

You could write a short fanfic as well for the dA contest, Silent. That's what I'm doing because I'm not very digital media-savvy.
May I haz link?

And as for writing... I kind of suck at that also, lol. But I'm a very good knitter. Perhaps Joker needs some mitts for winter? A hat. No, I like him in his cap so no hat. Hmmm.... a nice scarf for that rare occasion when he does get of the Normandy.

Dude, if you could make SR2 mittens that would be AWESOME. Or a knit beanie or something. I'm sure they'd take those submissions, too!

@Sky: I attended american school since I was 13, and was unpleasantly suprised. Enormous amounts of nothing. I had more history in elementary school back in Poland, really. Mostly Europe, I stumbled about some American history. But I never asked what's a Vietcong or who's that Abraham everybody's talking about, because I know only Gaybraham from "Gay Bar"s video clip. It's not education's fault. It's ignorance.
Anyways, Halloween. I wanted to draw something, but I probably won't have time. I'd love to see Joker dressed up as Joker!
Duh, going back to work... It's 10AM here >.>
