Funny, jokey Cute. Hillarious a joy to be around. (i played me2 first so the next part is for this) Funny banter. Loved his hat too it suites him better than when u mod me2 for pc and put it on yer own character

I'll be completely honest with mine. My ex-boyfriend (We're still friends good, so all is good :3) had just gotten ME2, and first thing when Joker came on screen I was like "HOLY CRAP SETH GREEN" then he proceeded to tell me how epic Joker was, and using the phrase "Like Wash, but with bad legs". I went out and got my copy of ME1 a couple of weeks later. He's been my favorite NPC ever since.

And just as a nice tidbit, ex-boyfriend prefers to play as FemShep :3

I liked him straight away, within the first 5 minutes of play, his sarcastic demeanor even towards his superiors I thought was refreshing (though he'd never get away with it in real life) He just seemed like a different character and very independent despite his condition.

Yeahwhen I fist played it I liked Joker straightaway and was really dissapointed that the conversation options with him were so few D:

I didn't like Joker at first to be honest. It wasn't until halfway through ME1 that I actually started talking to him and explored the conversations about his disease and whatnot. After that, I just loved his character. It also helps that he's voiced by Seth Green.

 i.... i didn't even know you could talk to Joker till like my fifth play through and then i was like awe he is so funny and adorable and hmm maybe I can romance him to then to be just disappointed. But I love it how if you get annoyed with the council joker is like "OOPS! i think i lost em commander" or something like that and it always made me giggle

I love that part in the game. He's so badass!! Hope he get's to do something like that in ME3 as well! Have never played that myself but if you get the Shepard dies ending... what is it he says "don't do this to me again" or something like that.... *sniffle*. Get's me everytime. That is one ending that I won't be trying out, good thing you can see it on youtube =)

@ Carilynn wow =) nice pic!! I know that we have MaleShepxJoker fans out there so that one's for them. And.. who doesn't like to look at Joker =) he's wonderful!!

Hmmm... I remember liking Joker from the start, at the beginning more as a friend. He's funny and cute in that scruffy way. To be honest, first time in ME it was all Kaidan, Joker was a really good friend but my shep was head over heels for Kaidan. Then came ME2 and I got my eyes open for the wonderful man that is Joker, you get to see more sides of him in that game so it really helped me to appreciate him more. On the second shep who went to ME and ME2, by the time I got to ME2 I started wishing that they had made Joker a LI for that game.... I have been a Joker-girl ever since then =)

I personally thought he was an immature jerk until about halfway through my first playthrough. His scenes in ME2 (and the fact that he's voiced by Seth Green) helped a lot in shaping my current impression of him.

Your Shepard and my Shepard are very much alike! Not sure you saw my post, but almost the same thing happened to me (if you're interested, go to page 14, 5th post from the top). Wasn't planning on romancing anybody, then I noticed I was having my Shepard spend a lot of time in the cockpit. After Therum, something began to click. It was sealed at the start of ME2 when Shepard saved Joker and after Freedom's Progress where the two were re-united that I realized that they were perfect for one another. And, coincidentally, my Femshep is a Spacer Adept as well!

And, since we have a few posts of what our femsheps look like that we plan to romance Joker with (crosses fingers), here is mine. (Disclaimer: I did NOT custom-build this Shepard! This was from a code I found on ME2faces.com and it's someone else's work, not mine) The only thing I can take credit for is her name (Diana, not Sarah) and her armor, which I unintentionally colored to look like an American Patriot. Dark blue, white lines, with the N7 arm-stripe being the default red.

I'm REALLY hoping Bioware gives us this. They built it up in ME2, it would be a shame if they didn't build it up even further in ME3 with a possible serious relationship.

Joining in with my support for a Jokermance. Hopefully, he's available to Male Shepard, too, because my main Shep has gone two games without a romance because he's not into women and female-looking monogendered aliens.

Before, my main M!Shep was kept romanceless in the hopes of a gay romance in ME2. Then when that didn't happen, ME3. But the ending to ME2 in which Joker badasses around with an assault rifle kinda cinched it for me - Shepard and Joker, dammit. Then I had figured out this whole arc where M!Shep and Joker DO start a relationship during ME2, and then I wrote a bunch of fics about it. So for me, my main M!Shep and Joker are together, but it'd be nice to actually see that in-game.

So yes. Jokermance for ME3 yes please.

My first impression of Joker...hmmm...since my first Shepard was a self-insert, I can honestly say my first impression was this:

Joker: I hate that guy.
Shep: *snorts*

I liked him right off the bat, pretty much. I also liked that he knew something else was going on aside from testing out the Normandy. I was thinking: "He's a snarky ass, AND he's smart (or paranoid like me)! Me likey."

I just watched the death of Shepard on youtube and I do not know if you noticed that the Joker walk normally as Shepard on the animation when it is not dead ofc.

And I liked Joker from the very start, sarcasm is my thing

Yess!! Joker being badass with the assault rifle is wonderful! Sexy and deadly, what's not to like   =)  love him being not just funny!  *sigh*  here's hoping that Joker get's some good scene like this in ME3 also! Joker saving the day at some point, or just being deadly sexy, that works too   =)
