For some reason I now picture Joker and Sean Connery riding a motorcycle
like in the 3rd Indiana Jones movie.  But instead of a WW2 bike,
something that would fit Mass Effect.  A hover-bike with side car?

Edit: Oh yeah, finally got Joker on my crew in ME2. Last night when Mark Sheen- erm, I mean, the Illusive Man said he got me the best pilot and Joker walked in I screamed and giggled like a Japanese school girl for about thirty minutes, and eventually had to slap myself so I could calm down. I have issues...

Nahh i dont believe the whole Gabby and Ken thing. If you're together for that long without there being romance, it becomes very brother-sisterly.

Well yes =) any kind of news on Joker, no matter how trivial, would be gold. It would seriously make me go happy happy joy joy. But I won't hold my breath because I really don't think that there will be anything new for a while.

As a way to keep myself occupied until ME3 comes out, hubby and I got ordered the Star Wars Old Republic. We did WoW the both of us for some time, but then we got tired of it and quit. But this could be fun. So... what do you think that Joker would be playing if he had free time on the Normandy and there was an MMO to be had. Would he be tank, dps or maybe healer. Hmm... I can't really see him as healer. But I have a feeling that if he and I were in the same group and I messed up, kept on standing in the green stuff or walking into fire, he would let me know. In a very snarky way =)

edit: because spelling is a wonderful thing, that I always mess up

True. We kind of have to go off-topic sometimes in order to keep the thread burning as brightly as it does. I mean, look at what we have to work with! A little over nothing.

And I agree with Silent, I don't think we'll be getting any more new info for awhile. Casey Hudson, God bless him, seems to just be answering (and that goes for non-answering as well) the same tired questions (worded slightly different from their predecessors) in almost every Q&A that comes around. He obviously has something really huge planned for this game and the spoiler territory seems to be extremely tender, so I think he and the other Bioware devs have very good reasons for holding their tongues...

I really hope Bioware gives us a Jokermance. Just look at how good we're doing in the face of getting virtually nil info about him in ME3! If they don't give us a Jokermance, so help me... I will be disappointed. Like, beyond Sten disappointed. We're talking... intense disappointment! The grimace shall touch the ground...

Disappointed if no Joker-mance, jupp, to be sure. Eek, that will absolutely be one of the things that makes the first PT very very exciting. Ohh... pretty pretty please. I'm hoping that perhaps they will give us a bit more info in January perhaps. They wouldn't keep us totally in the dark until march.... would they? Scary thoughts are scary.

(Speaking of OT-things. Just casually mentioned that I happen to be a gamer on my knitting-forum and out of the blue it appears that there are 5 other female WoW-players there and a few of them have played Dragon Age and liked it. Have begun a slow ME-pr-campaign. Hoping to win them over by march =) apparently there are gamers everywhere =) perhaps I should just post a pic of Joker and let him do the work for me.... hmm... might work. )

Hell yea. I think Joker would love that too, but he just can't. They've gotta find some way to ride ruff despite his illness. I feel like all this pent up tension from not being together for years is really gonna eat at Shep and Joker. Maybe that's what makes Joker romance so appealing- all this pent up tension from not having him as an option in ME1 and ME2, and knowing Shep is going to have to be cautious if they finally end up together. It's all just a major tease.

Lol. I have to admit, I squee'd really loud at that scene and line myself.

As for non-Joker romances, I could go for quite a few. Not sure if that's bad.

Um, that's all I can think of right now. Maybe Conrad Verner? Lol, maybe not.

Anyway, I'd love Joker as an LI regardless of whether or not he and Shep can do the horizontal Remigold. Romance doesn't have to be about that (it just feels that way because ME has a thing for the night-before-last-mission sexy-times). To me, it's about Joker and Shep getting to know each other better and exploring mutual feelings. And stealing Joker's hat, obviously.
