Even if I didn't want a Joker romance I still wouldn't want him to be with EDI, I'm still shaking my head over that one...

Also.. The thought of Joker romancing EDI is just a wee bit wasteful and I'm hoping if you choose NOT to romance Joker they still won't be an item... It makes me sad when I imagine him with an AI and not being able to have a physical/emotional bond while in a relationship. (Because he sure deserves one)

On the topic of who else would I enjoy seeing as a LI, I would love to see a Kasumi romance but she's got her little holographic Keiji so.. I don't see that happening...


Off topic, I've been seeing so much Seth Green on television lately, it's maddening!

Lets ignore EDI/Joker relationship. It has something and nop, it's not that creepy, but it simply won't make Joker happy.
I dunno if it's possible for a f!Shepard to romance Joker - if it's possible, I support it. If not or if Shepard isn't interested in Joker, I support Tali/Joker. I simply like that idea. Joker displayed some kind of affection towards Tali in ME2, but not enough to be sure and Tali is only interested in m!Shepard. But lets pretend Tali and Joker are no LI to any Shepard, they could fall for each other ... ? I'd like to see something like that.

Then again - the Normandy is no loveboat.

I agree, although more in the opposite way. I've noticed people mentioning that they want to romance Legion, and others will say it's creepy or weird, or whatever - yet some of these are the same people who say Joker is 'with' EDI. That's rather annoying - oh, so romancing the machines is sick, but it's fine for Joker to have a relationship with a machine instead of a living person? Or it's not good enough for Shep, but it will do for Joker?

Other than Joker, my preferred romantic option would be Chakwas.

And as far as Joker/EDI goes, it seems more pathetic than creepy. I wouldn't be for a Legion romance, either.

As far as Joker and EDI goes, I really like my little AI-friend but for dating. Pulse not optional. I really would prefer Joker to date a fellow human, or quarian perhaps. Just someone alive please   =)    but if it was Shepard it would make me go happy happy joy joy.

I love Legion and EDI...just not as romance options. If it happens, I'll need some really ****ing good writing to convince me. While these AIs gain a conscious, they have no emotions and that is what makes or breaks a relationship.

Anyone know Data from Star Trek? I know in one episode he pursued a relationship with a woman (God, it's been years since I've seen this episode, I forget her name), but she broke up with him because, as an android, he had no emotions and she couldn't stand it.

To me, it's all about emotional input. That's why I think EDI/Joker or a Legion romance could not work.

Augh....  well yes, not the electromagnetic pulse kind   =)    definetly the one that involves a heart, or two or whatever goes for that species.  Hmmm... I never looked at Grunt's search history so I will have to do that next time. But now I finally get why people have linked him with dinosaurs in pics on DA, never got that before.

Ohh... guess what, it's ME3-demo-time for me next weekend. Soo hyped for that, finally! Oki, I know that there won't be any Joker to be had, but at this point... I take any ME3-stuff I can get     I needs more stuff and pics and info and it all. With Joker on top.

I agree so much. No thanks on romancing the machines, and Joker should get a real life person with blood and skin and actual eyeballs that blink. Especially if that person is Shepard.

Despite not being a totally cute baby krogan, I came to see Grunt like that eventually, what with his "Shepard is my battlemaster" stuff. I was like "aww, do you see Shepard as the krogan equivalent of your mummy?" (I get the impression krogan aren't all that close to their parents). And reading up on his searches in LotSB was so adorable.
