PROOF! I went into gen discussions, risking spoilers for this! Hope y'all appreciate it!

The game is not done by anyone's definition. Let's end the conspiracy theories that keep popping up on threads.
On Nov. 1st Casey tweeted that they were reviewing romance plots.

Nov. 10-11th senior writers are still writing in game content.

It's called crunch for a reason.
As far as feedback goes, I can personally attest to the fact that forums/facebook/twitter are monitored and sentiment is reported (by me and other awesome people on our community team). Feedback is absolutely critical to game development, as I've said here, and you should continue giving feedback in a civil and constructive manner with good intentions. No one's going to take someone seriously that spews hate and argumentative behavior. We have really exemplary community members here and I want you to know that we are in fact listening.
And to quote Ray from the OP article:
"You edit it continually. It's a living process to build a game and it's also a living experience to play through it. You're seeing the graphics, you're seeing the choices, you're seeing the characters. Words alone on a page, they're not delivered in voice over, they're not delivered in the interface, they're not delivered as your character, with your choices up to that point imbuing them with meaning and purpose and identity, the emotion part of it.
"A lot of the art now in video games is developed in an interesting way where subtle expressions and facial animation, a tilt of the head, the way the camera is positioned, the lighting in a room, they can set the tone and the mood, the sound effects, the layer of audio that's put over the top of a scene, that stuff is really important.
"What I would suggest to the fans is, we're going to make sure we deliver an awesome experience as we have in prior Mass Effect games. Don't spoil the story. The fun of the story is uncovering things and exploring and finding new points to adventure in. I hope they don't lose that joy of discovery."
I should go.

There you go. They're
tweaking the game in reaction to the leak. No major changes, just little things. Things that should be expected in the home stretch. Also, she stated the game is far from completion, anyway. They still have three and a half more months of work to do (and that includes testing the game).

Someone please tell me where this game being delayed rhetoric is coming from?
You heard it from Merizan, herself. To her knowledge, Bioware won't be delaying the game. The fans are just overreacting. So let's all take a deep breath and get back to our regularly scheduled Joker.
