Cautious if u say something about him not being "able to handle" being romanced due to his "condition". We get quite......."defensive". lol

Oh thank you, om nom nom. I'm certainly not against it, and would probably have a playthrough with it just not the canon one. I think it has to do more with Joker than Shepard, I don't recall much expression of interest on his part or gender sensitive dialogue (correct me if I'm wrong). Heck he seems more interested in EDI. On the other hand it's also very sweet if he likes Shepard not for her looks.

I had to replay that section several times in a row and never failed to laugh. It's the combination of sendyourfleetin! the lean forward fistpump, and out of place onimous music that abrubtly cuts in and cuts out.

and i see it working. The whole "shep saving him" in me2 impacted him for sure. And its like Garrus, Joker uses jokes and such to hide emotion. DEEP down, he's interested.

Well, my theory is that Conrad certainly has a wife. Or at least had a wife. He's always talking about her and yet he seems to live on the Citadel in the first game, and in the second game he seems to think he's the Dread Pirate Shepard, galavanting around the galaxy righting wrongs and whatnot with a wife that supports him on Earth (supposedly). My theory is that his wife died a long time ago, traumatizing him greatly. After years of therapy, he adopts a type of hero syndrome, looking up to and desiring to emulate heroes like Shepard, while also living in the fantasy that his wife is still alive and supporting his actions.

So there. My sad yet somewhat interesting theory on Conrad and his wife.

Anyway, my favorite Joker moment? I would have to say when you first land on Noveria. The look he gives Shepard when he says "what a fun bunch, I think I'll take my next leave here" and her subsequent smile makes for one of the best snapshots I can ever get of those two:



Come on, you cannot deny something's getting started with those two!

Hey, it's looks to me there's a reason Joker always keeps his hat on. His hair is thinner on the top of his head that around the sides. This could just be a flaw in the texture design itself but I just want to check.

Does anyone else see that or have I completely lost my marbles?

Maybe Joker can have a more scruffier hairstyle in ME3 if there are times he doesn't have his hat. The short style he's got now, while kinda adorable, I don't think suits him all that well.

Or maybe I just prefer scruffier Han Solo-esque hairstyles ^-^;;

Favorite moments! Dunno how many times this thread came up, but my top3 is:
1. Joker with an AR - dear, zillion playthroughs and this goddamned scene makes me nervous EVERY EFFIN TIME!
2. Joker: It'll be better than the old days.
Shepard: I hope so. I died.
Joker: You're such a downer...
3. EDI: I love the sight of humans on their knees.

Know I don't come here all that often... and I hate to be the bearer of bad news... but everyone needs to tweet @CaseyDHudson and let him know how much we want a Jokermance or it won't happen based on the spoilery leaks I won't discuss but you can find out if you want. Suffice to say tweet your little hearts out to Casey and pray to your preferred diety/scientific concept that he listens.

and now that that's over with and I at least theoretically have your attention, the important thing here is that like SarEnyaDor said, we seriously need to tweet Casey Hudson about the possibility of a Joker romance if we want it in ME3. now. and probably not just once each, either. continuously. We can't let them forget that we're here, we can't let them forget that we want this. So let's tweet about this. Tweet about it until Mister Casey regrets ever getting a twitter account if we need to. It's an even more uphill battle now than we had before, but there's still at least a slim chance for something. But we need to tweet, we need to get the word out, and we can't give up. So please, tweet.

It's not because of the dialogue but because he seems so vulnerable. It is then that Joker sparks strong paternal/maternal feelings in my Shepards. I wish we had a Paragon interrupt here to hug him.

Oh yeah, I love that moment too! But instead, my Shepard would stand in front of Joker acting as a barrier between Miranda and him, then tell Miranda off. Seriously, what was he supposed to do?

Break his arm at them? 

Besides, he saved the Normandy which enabled Shep and the crew to go save everyone. So booyah!
