Joker is.. well there really aren't enough words to describe him. Sure, you could say he is great or epic, but these words lack the greatness that is Joker. He has stuck with Shepard through thick and thin, he's saved your ass more times than you can count. Shepard even went back while the Normandy was going down in flames, and died trying to save him.

If all that right there + all the fans that are begging for it, isn't good enough for you guys at Bioware to write Joker in as a romance.. man I dunno what is.

We've always got an infinite supply of cookies for awesome newcomers. You were able to sum up why we need a Jokermance in a few sentences. *glomp*

Oh and that picture just now? Hnng...so good...

Also the one where he's just got the towel on, that's exactly how I pictured his hairstyle. Scruffiness is always awesome in my books ^-^ The Joker art here is always so amazing.

Concerning Mr. Hudson's recent abuse:

I sent only ONE and I was extremely polite. At least I thought I was. I still sent an apology just in case. I honestly did not expect people to bombard him as we apparently did. I guess we didn't take into consideration that he is already bombarded with people asking for spoiler confirmation.

Please Mr. Hudson accept our most sincere apologies for any anxiety we caused you and the team. It honestly was not our intention - in a way, we thought it would be fun to poke you a bit on the subject, but it looks like the poking became a beating. Sometimes we get over excited as BioWare enthusiasts do, and we do overstep our bounds because...well, you SPOIL US ROTTEN. You listen to us, you give us awesome games with awesome characters with awesome stories. In the end, however, I think we take advantage of this privilege.

Please, please oh PLEASE do not let our transgression change your opinion of us. In the end, we support ME3 100%, and we honestly do trust your judgement. No, really, we do. We'll be sad if there's no Jokermance, but in the end we will trust that you did this for a good reason. At least Joker will be our Shepard's buddy. (As far as we know, since the game won't be released for a little while).

So, please accept virtual cookies as our apology, and know that we are eternally grateful for what you do.

It was. As far as I can tell two people were tweeting him practically all day, which is what ended up screweing the whole thing up.

Like I said before, I only sent two, and they were polite. But I sent an apology tweet just in case.

But regardless. We got too excited and jumped the shark. We really are sorry, Mr. Hudson.

I wrote a blog about this.. I did a quick search for all posts with @CaseyDHudson in them and I didn't see any mean or abusive so I REALLY don't get the guilt, apologies, or pleas to treat him like a human being as if tweeting a message is an assault.... anyway, I am going back to hiding as I never wanted to have any ME3 info beforehand, but I am glad that I was given a heads up about the Joker stuff so we could have a slim chance of making a difference.

Also I think I did the most tweeting 24 - so one an hour basically after I was made aware of the situation - and since I think I am also the one who started the twitter campaign I am sorry I screwed it up by starting it I guess? The idea behind a twitter campaign IS to send massive amounts of tweets so they get the point that there are a lot of people who want this very badly.

It doesn't show we're easily stepped on and brushed aside, it shows we just don't want the director of the damn game to be annoyed with us.

And I understand that most of us really want a Joker/Shepard romance, but he's under enough stress as it is; we don't need to add to it. That's mainly why I apologized.

If just some fans tweeting him asking for their favorite character to be an LI were that stressful for him he probably wouldn't have a twitter account, as I'm sure people have requested all sorts of things from him over it. maybe not as coordinated as the Jokermance rush, but still. And I still don't see how being tweeted by a bunch of eager fans about Joker is ~so stressful~? (Unless he's feeling guilty about something. :|) He has a scroll button and the ability to skim, I'm sure.

Vigg ... if he can't handle the stress of scrolling past some tweets then he has some serious issues. Do you freak out when you have a bunch of junk mail or do you scan it quickly to see if there is anything important and ignore the rest? I guarantee you that is what Casey is doing. He is old enough and experienced enough not to roll up into a ball sucking his thumb because the bad Jokermancers on the internet sent him messages.

Some of us have been campaigning for this in various ways since Mass Effect first dropped as a 360 exclusive .. so for years we have been crazy patient and then got totally slapped down, and you are apologizing if you hurt his feelings by saying "Hey, I like Joker alot, too!!" Seriously, they should be apologizing to US for going with the gag storyline to ellicit laughs from the CoD/MW3/ Halo crowd.

Apologizing makes it seem like you did somethng wrong and you didn't.

@Offcast - he didn't even say he was annoyed... some people thought his tweet had an annoyed tone to it.... Jessica merizan just told us he's a person too and remember the golden rule - and since no one I know or saw was being mean or rude I think we all were.

Some people did overstep their bounds by tweeting him so much. We'd love a possible Jokermance, yes, but we can't suffocate/beat BioWare just because there is a risk we won't get it. It's a risk from an old document, and Mr. Hudson did say the team has moved past it. I think we have a chance still.

Old document = old story = revamp = there's still a chance.

This isn't exactly a feminist movement, I THINK we can take it back down the notch we were at and still be heard.

Just my opinion but maybe we're overreacting still... I mean we tweeted a bit too much, ok, they told us politely to cool down a bit and, not only we did that, but we even made apologies. No sense in brooding over the deal
