  As I was saying, but if the article did come out before the leak. I worry that "you'd have to play to see" Joker turn Shep down, if I remember a leaked line that was quoted to me once. I could have been taken in such a way that promoted their friendship, if I remember correctly, but otherwise seemed to be him rudely expressing disinterest.

I don't mind that you posted spoilers, you had the decency to hide it from those who didn't want to see. I can't speak for everyone, but I'm sure we don't mind spoilers if you hide them...

[color=rgb(50, 50, 50] It's far far too well developed and there's even a turn down line for Shepard. There's no way they're gonna throw out all that dialogue. We *might* have them squeeze in the option for a Shepard/Joker romance but I severely doubt it.[/color]

It does make sense! Also, if I may, if anyone watches Futurama, I think of Fry questioning Bender when he starts dating Planet Express Ship at the idea of Joker ever expressing interest in EDI. "That would be like if I were dating a really fat chick, and living inside her, and she was all *swish swish noises*." - Not an exact quote.

I really don't feel as if you should be thanking me for sharing your opinion, but after the recent Joker / EDI thread (I watched and left when it started to completely destabilize) ... I can understand why you would. =)

Also, I thought I would express, however culturally inappropriate, that when I saw that you were launching 300 Pages as a goal and a symbol of hope for Jokermance, it reminded me of The Thousand Origami Cranes. I understand wedding tradition and facing illness and death do not equate to hoping for ... Jokermance (for lack of a better expression). Anyway, the methodic and meditative practice of reaching new pages of the thread through social interaction ... is awesome.

If ever there are initiatives I should be aware of to let Bioware know, certainly keep me posted!

I started three fanfics and am just trying to finish one (not tonight! Don't get too excited ...) but I always end up seeing my Shep (partially as the most badass person in the galaxy) coming on too strong for Joker. She* came on strong to everyone else, imo. Garrus was bragging about his exploits, while she was thinking about her own. Thane was morning his wife and lost time, while she did not have appropriate dialogue options. Horizon was a disaster as far as a Shep who romanced Kaidan went. I didn't / couldn't romance Jacob, and so have no real reference for that. Samara (whom I approached as a Paragon) had to tell Shep to back off. Morinth has issues all her own. Working with this as reference material ...... D: Why you no be more delicate Shepard?

Not only am I long winded, but apparently I'm also needy, because I NEED to tell you guys that any "complaints" that I have or just voiced in my last post would amount to nothing more than a lover's quarrel. I love Bioware and Mass Effect, and my Shepard; and most of the romance progressions. I have high hopes for those characters, as well as the long-sought Jokermance.

I certainly didn't see your last post as "whiny" or "full of complaints" the romances did feel incredibly rushed.

My head canon will automatically "fill in the blanks" if for some reason Joker's potential romance is rushed XD

Careful with the spoilers in here, guys. I think everyone's fine with them being hidden, but don't get overzealous with them.

I agree with Ryzaki. I don't think they'd change anything that we've seen. However, I am hoping that we can get a change of heart type scenario...especially since the excuse he gave us is WEAK SAUCE. And so not Joker. I think that's still possible, and we definitely haven't seen all of Joker's dialogue in the leaks.

I'd be severely disappointed in BioWare if they just decided to have Joker romance EDI. We've been begging for this guy since ME1 was released, before EDI even existed. I'll also point out this comparison, which I made in another thread:

It would be like if BioWare told the Garrus and Tali fans for ME2, "Sorry guys, but we thought these guys would be cute together, so you don't get to romance them." I'd imagine the forum would have exploded.

I should have been in debate in high school...but I hated doing it in public. XD Lol, well, I guess I'm getting my fill here. I know that this issue is very polarizing, where there are fans (a lot of whom have loved ones with OI) who are absolutely disgusted by the idea, and fans that see absolutely nothing wrong with waving the flag for it. At least I know there are reasonable people in there (Isaac and HolyAvenger being the ones that stick out in my mind), so maybe I'm not talking to walls. Hehehe.

I made that comparison because it doesn't seem like you can turn around here without bumping into a Garrus or Tali fan, and maybe that'll give them something to chew on. I mean, it's pretty much exactly the same thing, just different characters. But see, we Jokermancers have been prepared for the worst since ME2 came out, so hopefully there won't be too much exploding going on if our worst fears come to pass...
