I read that some people here actually make their own ME-related clothes. But I don't even have a sewing machine, so I'm just gonna sit by my mailbox until my game arrives. Yes, I won't be camping, I order mine on the net from my favorite website<3
They once gave me Skyrim one day BEFORE release, so I got to play 6 hours before my boyfriend did, who was camping at his computer (He bought it via steam).
I had saved some money so that I could afford the collector's edition. Oh eating noodles an entire month... /jk

But uh, we should get back to Joker. I don't know why people don't like gay/bi Joker. His sexual orientation hasn't really been stated, unlike Anders in DA:A, who you could only flirt with if you were a female warden, and then comes Dragon Age 2 and BOM! He boinks all! I was a little disturbed first, because it broke his character lore, but then when I played M!Hawke, I couldn't care less.

And sexuality does not determine personality.
I once knew a guy who everyone thought was gay because he was studying design and was very... "cuddly" with everyone, including guys. He openly supported gay people, I hung out with him a little during the pride festival in my town. He's straight.
Then this other guy. He was quite shy in the beginning, but he turned out to be a very kind and funny guy. He was in his school's soccer team and extremely competitive in sports. He wasn't flamboyant like the other guy, but this sporty guy was actually the gay one.

Heh I just did a playthrough of Arrival last night and was sad when Joker didn't speak at the end (I had forgotten he didn't)

@ StarYukiko - I have no problem with bi Joker, none whatsoever. I also have friends almost exactly as you described as far as the personality/sexual orientation combinations go. However, in my head canon, Joker isn't bi. He just...isn't. I personally can't see him this way. But does that mean I don't think he should be bi in the game? Heck no. I'm not gonna insist the game be one way because my head canon says so, that would just be silly.

Ah, dreamy Joker...that pic definitely kind of looks like a dream sequence without the blurry effect...someone should put a filter on it to make it look like EDI looking at him when he greased the bridge cameras. Lol!

I can understand that. I've only drawn fem!Shep together with Joker, so I kinda see him as a straight guy, but hey, I could be wrong. But I was mostly just thinking that it applies to all characters that hasn't even had their sexuality revealed. A lot of people seems to be raging about LI's/Possible LI's being bi/homosexual, even if it's just speculation, some people just seem to... overreact about it in a way that almost seems homophobic imo. But yes. I'm not a big fan of changing old characters sexuality since that would feel out of character. For the exception of Kaidan and Ashley

I don't think I have either. Too bad that my tablet pc is at my parents place, might fetch it during weekend. Maybe I'll draw something on paper for now and show you guys later if it turns out ok.

Oh, me too! I want to see Joker's reaction in the escape pod when he realized that Shepard had died, and why he was grounded! That would make a VERY nice comic! *crosses fingers*

EDIT: I REALLY want to see his reaction to finding out that Shepard was alive. He had to have known before most people...before Tali, Garrus, Wrex, Ash/Kaidan. I mean, Liara knew...but I don't know if she would have told Joker or not...she obviously didn't tell any of the other squadmates.

Joker was grounded after the incident, right? Maybe Cerberus contacted him personally and told him the news.
Removing some of his guilt, if he had some and being able to fly? win/win for Joker. And then maybe he told Chakwas too? I dunno.

Yes I would love to see Jokers reaction after Shep died, and how he would have had to tell people that Shep didn't make it, I also want him to talk to Shep about it, cause that was a conversation that should have been in ME2.

Yeah the alive reaction would be good to see too, like maybe he didn't believe Cerberus at first? and had to be given proof.

@Star: I know Joker was grounded, but he never said why. If it was because the Normandy was attacked and lost - along with Shepard - then that is bull**** on the Alliance's part. If that was the case, no wonder he joined Cerberus...but I have a feeling he joined them because of Shepard...not because they would let him fly. I think being able to fly was an added bonus...but that's just my head canon. XD

Random cerberus agent: You don't have to believe what I'm saying. Would you like to see her?

I always had it in my head that he was grounded either for psych eval or pending the investigation into the Normandy's destruction. Cerberus probably took full advantage of it, either way, though I don't think he would've went to them for flying alone. He's very loyal, and probably felt an obligation to Shepard (romantic interest aside, he probably trusts Shepard more than anyone else, since he/she didn't automatically give him crap about his condition) and that's why he joined Cerberus. The bone weave was definitely a bonus, too.

Actually, in my head canon, Joker joins Cerberus of his own initiative. He found out about Lazarus (which was set up, of course, because they wanted him to join Shepard), and sought contact with a Cerberus operative. I'm actually writing that chapter right now. XD
