As for Joker spying on Shepard, I totally agree. When Shep and Kaidan are about to kiss, Joker just pops in at just the right moment.

Does anyone know how many hrs Joker had in ME2, would be nice to know if it will be about the same amount of Joker in ME2 as ME3 or if there will be more of him in ME3. Hmm.... hoping for much more =)
