I LOL'd so hard on that article.
I'd totally "Man Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" if my femshep gets to jump Joker. Even louder if she does it with the crew in full view. Or if she at lest picks him up by his shirt and locks lips at mission complete with all the crew watching.

@RynJ : Exactly. It really does get quite tiresome. And it shocks me to believe how some ppl cant see pass his illness. Like ifs THAT is what's stopping them. "Oh we'll break Joker." - no. If people can believe and absolutely adore the Garrus and Tali romances, which are of different species all together and heck - Tali can die if not even remotely careful - then Joker can easily be romanceable! Love can find a way to make things work.
And I dislike how everyone things he's so extremely fragile. He did [very likely according to online sources] get work done on his legs by cerberus so he can walk abit better on his own. Sure not perfect - but still. If Joker and Shep really care for each other - they'll be careful. A silly illness shouldnt stop them from actually being together if they really want to - which in our case and wishful thinking - is a big deal and they should be together.RhiPanda wrote...
Joker will probably have another different hat though XDmaybe changed to alliance colors?
Oh this is a lovely picture - great work!

Do you know a really good cure for a hectic day at work, load up ME and pick a good save with some nice Joker-scenes. Just did the one when Shep get's the Normandy and goes after Saren. Loves how he warns you to be careful with the politics. "Watch yourself our you're next on the chopping-block". Then you do the speech and he says that the whole team is behind you. Jupp.. that's a good one =) *sigh*
edit: Forgot to mention how much I love your suggestions for OP-texts Omega Torsk. They are great!! =)

The controversy of a Joker Romance has the same, well, force. Information and people are sucked in, but you never get them back. Once someone supports a Joker Romance, there is no convincing them otherwise. We're as stubborn as the Illusive Man once we have our eyes (which are normal) on something we want. There is no Plan B, only Plan A. However, Plan A has this habit of...well...disappearing. We rewrite it over and over again, and yet nobody can find the new copy after a troll stops by. It just doesn't make any sense…wait....oohhh.
Here is where the other part of the "black hole" metaphor comes in. We have explained our stance hundreds of times, but it goes in one black hole and out the other. Information is simply lost - as is a Joker fan's sanity after dismembering the EDI/Joker *Turian air quotes* "relationship" hundreds of times. No matter how many times we explain our stance for a Joker Romance, trolls come by with some great original quip they think will disprove our desire for this development.
I get carried away with my sarcasm, as you can tell.
Give us Jokermance BW! *shakes fist*
It will cause alot of happiness! [as well as prove others it IS possible.]

We have nice and possitive thread, though. Occasional trolling with EDI and britle bones, of course, but nothing's perfect.
@SilentK, I hope we'll get to see some of that screenies soon

Oh, and I love his line after Liara recrutement mission. At first, he's talking about medals, but at the end he says: "So, why don't you tell me why you're really here?" Every time, I'm like: "I'd tell you, but BioWare didn't give me THAT option!" *rage*
I know that feeling.
Speaking of Joker dialogue - is it true that in me2, if you stand by Joker - you'll eventually hear him listening to porn? XD I want to know if its true. I've tried to get it but he just talks about the normandy in general. How theres a thumbprint on the external camera thats going to "bug him forever", how he cant wait for the future because some things are "primitive". Does this happen at a certain point in the game or just random? Ive never heard it, i bet its hilarious XP

Good Lord, if people don't want him as a romance option, then don't friggin romance him. Is it that hard? If a Joker romance is in the works, then it's too far into the game's production to change anything. The guy's argument is weak. One of his points is: "It's stupid." Nice. Presidents have one campaigns with that stance.
But I don't recommend going in there. I was ready to troll this guy after reading one paragraph of his amazing case against a Joker LI.

If he wants to make an Anti-Joker thread, then fine. He has rights too. But he cannot insult us and other people like I feel like he's doing.

I personally think a good reason is that he doesn't try to get Shepard to help him. As you said, he doesn't need a loyalty mission. I like that he's arguably more Independent than everyone else.

I am almost done writing my contribution to the OP thread. I decided to include some rules for posting on this forum - help me think of some! I just have "respect each other" and "no trolling" so far.
And good reasons for a Joker romance? Hmm...loyalty, trust, and he treats Shepard like a human being; oh, and his humor. Humor is a great bonus in a relationship.

Hmm...
If you have concerns for Joker and do not support his romance, please list reasons other than "He is with EDI" and/or "You will break his bones." While we appreciate your concern for Joker's well-being and his relationship with EDI, please note that we are already aware of these complaints.
That's all I got for now, besides "Be careful how you phrase things as someone may be offended by phrases like "That is gay" or "That is so retarded."

Oh, it's a King Zeel product. Thought he was banned. We must be more popular than I thought if we've gotten his attention! Actually, I take this as a good sign.
@phantomdragoness: Noooo, don't troll him. It's what he wants. He feeds upon thread locks, frustration, anger, and arguments against his "points!" He has a very bad reputation on these forums; just let him have his soapbox.
And, don't worry... his thread will most likely be locked in the morning. In the meantime, enjoy the lulz or follow the advice of a certain Storm Trooper; "Move along. Move along."
