Why can't this be kaidan romance in general thread. I honestly don't understand why people are making specific sex threads and not just "insert character name" romance thread. Not hating but it probably helps mods in some way.

I'm neither for nor against this. I think they could either do this well, or do it poorly, and if they did it well I'd like it for my lonely Sentinel (he did have a crush on Kaidan in ME1). But if it wasn't handled properly I probably wouldn't be exploring that option unless it was the ONLY s/s option for my poor lonely fellow.

True, but then you open the doors to flaming when a fan of one side argues with the other, then the mods have more of an issue to deal with.

I really don't think he'd be the only option, as he can potentially be dead in any given playthrough.   There will be new LIs.

Understand, but this thread is specific about support for MakeShep & Kaidan romance in ME3, different purpouse & goald than in support thread for the already existing FemShep & Kaidan romance in ME1 & ME2

At least 1 new s/s LI is confirmed already, so this is a matter if there will be more than 1 s/s options for MaleShep  or not.

I'd really like there to be more than one option but at this rate, beggars can't be choosers... as horrible as that is in this case.

Most definitely. I mean, I would still be happy even if there was a single s/s option in ME3 (as 1 is always better and more than zero), but considering the fact every other 'orientation' had a choice within the LIs, it would be a bummer to not have it too. Especially since we got nothing in the previous games so we'll have the least content & options in the trilogy anyway

It's kind of funny though, I've gotten so used to this lonely Shepard playthrough that suddenly diving into a relationship might be kinda weird.  In regards to Kaidan, I at least hope they get more of a chance to be bros... even if manshep was enchanted by the catsuit.

I've never played as MShep before  but planning on completing a ME1/2 playthrough with single Sheploo before ME3 comes out just to see how the same-sex romance is done. Kaidan as m/m LI sounds pretty interesting.

Kaidan/M!Shep has been a not-so-secret desire of mine since ME1. Though I've never hacked my game to reimplement the Kaidan/M!Shep dialogue from ME1, I can definitely understand why others have done so. I just hope in ME3, we won't have to hack the Kaidan/M!Shep romance! I hope that we can have it for real!
