We don't really know enough to be able to say that. I think there are some pretty solid reasons to be optimistic about it. But, beyond that, we will just have to wait and see.

Out of the Mass Effect 2 exclusive characters I'd rate her behind Legion and Mordin from what was leaked. I'd say she is a solid third though.

No if the leak is accurate she's been sidelined into a smallish role. If there was a lot of missing material it is possible it could become an important role.

Can't believe the 1000 page mark was smashed while i was asleep.
