Well, passing the 1,000 page mark gave me the kick I needed to squeeze out the next, possibly last, chapter of Aftermath.  I realized that writing about technical challenges is boring, so am trying to move it to more action.  Unless anyone really wants to see this story continue though this might be the end.

Happy 1,000+ pages Miwi fans!

[i]Normandy Science Lab/[i]

Shepard: Have you got a minute to talk?

Mordin: Not now Shepard. Discovered a parallel universe during last experiment. (inhales) Implications...unsettling.

Shepard: How unsettling are we talking here? (sees datapad) How the hell could that ever happen?!

Mordin: Theory states that all possible outcomes exist in parallel universe. Apparently, counterpart shares Solus charm.

Shepard: I don't think I can ever look at you the same way again.

S: Mordin, can I see you in my office for a second?

M: Sure. Be there in a second. Finishing some last minute tissue samples. Reminds me, had breakthrough earlier--

S: Mordin, NOW.

*Later*

Kelly: Commander, have you seen Mordin anywhere? I had a question to ask him regarding scale itch...

S: Who, me? *Breathing heavily, hastily tries to hide bloodied hands and wiping his face* No, hadn't seen him. Did he go planetside for something?

*Later, down in Starboard Cargo, near the garbage ejection chute*

S: *Grunting, shoving severed limbs into the garbage chute*  Get in there you slimy amphibious bastard...

It's not photoshop, there's a way to replace Shepard's model with that of squadmates.
If I knew how to do it, I'd take some badass Miranda screenshots.

In that case, I'll let whoever who does a Miranda kissing Miranda screencap be the godfather/mother of my baby.

Shepard's mindAwww Yeah!

Miranda: ...like to go to Illium...Commander, did you hear a single word of what I just said?

Shepard: Sorry, I got distracted there for a second. You were saying something about having a twin?

Oh her checking the records is not out of the norm ... now is she did not check the records then there would be an issue.

Haven't seen Luther. I'll have to check for it. Though The Wire is widely considered the greatest tv series of all time despite never winning an award. People sleep on it because it's hard to jump in midway due to how the stories are structured.

Preaching to the choir. I was a "corner kid" myself. What makes The Wire the best is it's authenticity and attention to detail.

They did something very daring and structured each season so it could basically stand on its own since each season tacles a different theme of crime. There's a lot of talent that was previously unknown until The Wire and I'm glad a lot of names, like Elba got their start in a serious drama. I just wished they gave Brother Muzzone more screen time. He was so cold and evil, the perfect antagonist.

Luther is a very different drama, and since its the BBC there are only 12 episodes for two seasons. While the second season drifted from character centric to an event centered story, the firsrt season is one of the best examples of character driven drama I've ever seen. A true gem of story telling.

Brother Muzzone was a beast. The disciplined, articulate, and methodical NOI type. At least his faith was a redeeming trait.

Edit: Is Luther online? I live in the US. No BBC.

never was the "corner kid"  myself but I have lived in  Baltimore long enough that yeah it is attention to detail  amazing.

There is a difference in ME2 - in one of the romance conversations. Or wasn't that what you meant?
