I honestly don't know whether to laugh or cry when I read this thread anymore Image IPB

What I will say is this: all these discussions we've had have really brought into focus why I like the character so much.

I think it's safe to say that the same would hold true for a lot of people.

LoL... Yes, I just decided to insult the whole thread for no reason Image IPB

Obviously not, It's just that, well... you have to admit, it's been a pretty emotional ride. I recognize you haven't been here for all of it, but trust me, it's been all over the place. For me as much as for anyone, of course.

Right, we are still feeling the effects of the first leak. There were riots in the streets, nations went to war, it tore the world apart!

No, that was me.

Edit: This, I am being completely honest about. That's how bad that first script was.

I haven't got the " chance " to read it myself, only the advanced script. From what I could hear it was really bad yeah .

I did cry. Also nausea, insomnia, and muscle tremors. I have pretty much willed myself into indifference. End of the day, Miranda is fictional and not worth my very real mental health.

Wise decision you've made . Though it is hard not to get emotionally involded in fictions you love .

I think it's safe to say that the same would hold true for a lot of people.

I say the chances of that are almost non-existent given the setup. The best we can hope for is her presence at TIM's base.

Which would make it yet another nonsensical (possibly even counter productive) decision made by BioWare.

I was affected almost as badly. Which is unprecedented for fictional characters. I channeled it into imagining what I'd write here if Miranda's ME3 presence doesn't turn out satisfactorily. And into that feedback post on page 830.

Actually TIM's story arc makes a lot of sense. If that makes Miranda unable to be present at the final confrontation, I have no problem with it, provided that she contributes to the Cerberus plot and confronts/reflects her past with the organization in a different way.

Well, I didn't manage to get Shadow War in two weeks on the strength of sheer outrage. It wasn't all bad. And there are good things in the leak, even if I'm unimpressed with Miranda specifically.

Man, I emphatically disagree. "Hoping" is the type of complacency and inaction that got us in this position. Too little too late. And Miranda not being present during the TIM confrontation is bull****. Accepting that is like coming to terms with defeat. I'm sorry, I'm not the type escpecially when the leaders of our little group barely fought.

I'm going kicking and screaming an cussing despite the little good it will do.
