Oh, and inviting Miranda up to the captain's cabin, but that gets kind of boring just sitting and caressing on the couch. At least the cuddling on the bed made for a good screensaver.

Honestly I think Mass Effect writers and developers should put one Mass Effect 2 character in Mass Effect 3 as a team mate. And it should base on who you romance with. If you romance Miranda you get Miranda and if you romance Jack you get Jack and so forth, At least we get some control over it.

Also not sure if that type of thing can be cleaned up so there is no tlk file to datamine. But if that's possible, I imagine they would have done it by now.

Not to mention a logistical nightmare. What they should have done is cut the team in half and scrapped the SM idea.

And I've read bad fanfic. This isn't it. The actual story is the best yet, Shepard is sympathetic and Jack, Tali, Samara, Kasumi, and Thane are all better-written this time around. Miranda is about as interesting as watching paint dry in the leak, but my enjoyment of ME doesn't depend on her.

Well, it just seems like too many things got leaked, and after the DA2 fiasco I would wager they wouldn't want to pull off the same mistake. The rough draft of the script gets leaked and gets a bad reaction, so the game gets leaked (I don't need to mention how odd that is) and so the fan reaction is beefed up a bit and they feel like they're in good standing. Since the game leak we've recieved nothing in terms of news or content and it will likely stay that way until the demo release.

It feels calculated, and since they got some feedback saying they were going in the right direction, they kept it as is.

Well, I confess I don't really buy that theory. There wasn't time to make any substantive changes following the leak. And, also, I would hope that they would have enough faith in what they're doing to not make last-minute changes based on what fans said upon perusing a confusing data file that it took us a long time to interpret with any kind of objectivity.

In passing, the game apparently has multiple scripts, so it's fairly likely that a lot of the assumptions we are making about choices not mattering, etc. are innaccurate anyway.

It was apparently somebody at Microsoft who mishandled the X-box beta. Just a screw-up (but not somebody at Bioware). Since they had nothing really significant to gain at that stage by leaking the info, and have been pretty careful with spoilers otherwise, I don't see any reason to believe it was calculated.

You know I honestly do not know what the hell to say right now. I don't know whether to be sad or pissed off. I wish I knew what BioWare was doing right now, but I don't. This is unbelievable, their lack of information is crossing the line, that very thin ****ing line!
