There's a dirty joke to be made here, but I can't find it.

Have you SEEN Kai Leng? The dude is brimming with grotesque cybernetic implants. Unless one of those attachments can climb up in there and repair Miranda's infertility, why the hell would she be interested in him? Honest question. Do shippers huff paint while they concoct these bizarre pairings?
Think like a woman. Most women are attracted to influence and power. Good looks certainly help, and Shepard is no slouch in that department. He commands respect, his accomplishments are staggering, he's objectively an impressive specimen. Have you ever wondered why Tom Brady gets to impregnate super models (PLURAL)? Well, you shouldn't!
To attempt to depict Morinth as a scared kid is so laughably delusional, it sounds like someone is projecting. How did I even get here? I took a wrong turn somewhere, I just wanted to express my appreciation for Miranda as a character. Guh.

android, for all your talk of understanding, I'm not sure you understand what a Complete Monster really is. True, it is very rare to encounter one who is only written as doing things "for the evulz". But try and stretch your mind around this: what they do that seems so monstrous to us is the absolute right and correct thing to do in the mind of the monster. They don't go around thinking "I'm going to be evil today". They say "It is right for me to murder and torture. Either it is my divine right by virtue of (pick one: my strength, my speed, the Dark Side, Satan) or there is absolutely no morality and I can do what I want. I am able to murder and if feels better than not murdering, therefore I wil murder."
Now tell me someone like Miranda or any "normal" character is going to look at that and go "yep, we could probably go out".
You are following the trope to a T, attempting to bring in backstory and "understading" in order to redeem a villian or at least raise him up enough to ship him with a character. But in doing so I think you're completely missing the point of what these characters really are.
There's a old Nicholas Cage flick 8mm where he gets hired as a PI to bust a smut ring. The movie's forgettable but the quote of the villain when he's finally uncovered stayed with me:
"I wasn't abused as a child. Mommy didn't rape me. I just love to [harsh inappropriateness deleted]"
There is absolutely no way these characters can function in normal relationships. To bring them into one or to bring another character into a warped version with the monster is to break one of them.

Nono. It's interesting. People are interesting.
I like that Mass Effect leaves enough to the imagination so that these things are enabled, it speaks to how rich the characters are. I don't have any leanings. Miranda was my first romance choice, but my girlfriend didn't like her, so I went another way. A few months later, she actually played the game and told me that she loved Miranda and grew a deep appreciation for her.
>_<
I like that picture. I can laser out that cataract for her, though. No charge.

I like speculation as much as anyone else, but Leng + Miranda is just...
Kill me, please.

Purely physically, no. Definitely not after seeing Yvonne in the SoBe shots. But there lies an attractiveness in Miranda as a person that her VA could never match. So, altogether, yes.AgitatedLemon wrote...
I'm curious, does anyone find Miranda more attractive than Yvonne, for one reason or another?
I admit that I do.

Let's put aside the fact that Miranda is not " real " .
I find her more attractive than Yvonne the reason being that I can't resist to blue-eyed brunettes .

I do as well. The problem is that Miranda's animations are not natural and some of her proportions are subtly wrong. For instance, her head is too big for the rest of the body. That makes a difference that I can't get beyond if I only consider the strictly physical.ThomGau wrote...

C'mon, don't bring the topic up again. Kai Leng deserves to die and I hope he burns in Hell.
