Not only that. I said it metaphorically so I wouldn't get into too much trouble for being perverted. I used the line that Engineer Gabriella Daniels said on the Normandy. She was talking about the Normandy's Systems, but Donnelly said, "Are you talking about the Normandy's Systems, or Miranda?

She meant the one that was covered and protected not bouncing in the wind.

If we can carry on a 2 page joke discussion on food sex, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Da Vinci was also a scientist, and Michelangelo was also an architect, both of which are real "jobs".

Da Vinci also wasn't very famous when he was alive, at all. Michelangelo was almost the opposite, but that can be attributed to his work on the Sistine Chapel.

And lol @ art school.

I just don't like how you imply something as truth when you have no idea what you were talking about. But you keep shifting the arguement. You went from Professional is when you get paid which is wrong so you shifted and said someone like michelangelo and da vinci werent professionals, and they were, and now your shifting again saying da vinci was also a scientist, (irrelevant, thats not what he was know for,) and michelangelo having been an architect, also irrelevant, he was known as a sculpture. Da Vinci was just as famous as an professional artist when he was alive as todays professional artists are now, ie. there own circles. sistine Chapel is what "we" know him for but it wasnt what he was praised as a professional for doing.  Stop shifting from irrelevant to irrelevant.  And you can "lol" @ art school, but like I said its one of the oldest professions in the world and theres a lot of value in its history.

1. I said "professional" means that you're payed for your work. That's just a fact. Amateurs, who by definition of the word are not professionals, are not getting payed for their work. There may be the odd exposure that can lead to a deal or a job offer, but you can't be a professional "artist", because it isn't your job, nor is it a primary source of income (Unless you're a celebrity artist or something). Your work can be on a "professional level", but you are not considered a professional due to the definition of the word.

Hell, if you're good enough to become a celebrity artist (Or musician), then you needn't bother with finding a "real job". Your mad fame can pay for itself.

2. You were the one who decided to go in depth with Da Vinci and Michelangelo. Don't accuse me of something you started.

All professional means is that you are paid. It's no guarantee of quality. Where I do have a considerable advantage is that I don't have real world budgets or time constraints to worry about. That still doesn't make the romance good.

reminds me a pretty cool quote I heard once.

"Amatures practice until they get it right, professionals practice until they never get it wrong."  However amatures get paid too!

... No they don't.

Once you receive your first paycheck, and continue to receive said paychecks, you're a professional.

gahh. This couldn't be more wrong. You can be an amature painter get paid, and still be something else- like a lawyer.  Or an amature photographer, get paid but still be, say a doctor. Your a professional  doctor or a lawyer, but on the side, as a hobby your an amature photographer, or painter.  Being a professional has more to do with skill than money.

That's because painting isn't a profession, hence the term professional.

It isn't a legally recognized "job".

Painting is one of the oldest professions in the world.

And the bold is nonsense.

I should have clarified.

If you're painting as an artist (Ala Da Vinci or Michaelangelo), then no, it isn't a profession.

If you're a painter (like someone who paints signs or designs), then yes, it's a profession.

Same can go for any other "artsy" type hobby.

Like your selective memory, not only do you shift arguments you clearly forgot a conversation that happened a few minutes ago.

2. You were the one who decided to go in depth with Da Vinci and Michelangelo. Don't accuse me of something you started.

3.

1. I said amatures can get paid for their work too, and that being a novice, amature, or professional is refering more to your skill than whether you get paid. I made this point by saying a doctor, can also paint once in awhile on the side and make money, as an amature. Or a Lawyer could be a clockmaker, but still get paid for their work. You think everyone in the workforce is a professional- you have no idea what your talking about, and are flat out wrong.

2. No you brought up michelangelo and da vinci by stating they werent professionals. Which is false. Ive bolded it above for you in the previous conversation so you cant squirm your way out of this.

I don't care about looking at corpses. I've been more exposed to blood and gore than I have food.

But I'm sure as hell not sticking my junk inside one.

That's what you were getting at, right?

You don't have to be a corpse to be covered in blood. You can bleed quite a bit and survive. Actually if you lose the right amount you can get lightheaded then it feels like your a bit high before you get to bite into them. I'm pretty sure Miranda would have good blood that would taste coppery.

If I had my way someone would get covered in blood.

My arguement was simply being paid wasnt enough for someone to be considered a professional, and that amatures got paid too. Lemon then went on to post something that wasnt true. I corrected, he came back with something again that wasnt true and I corrected again. He constantly squirms his way out of arguements without correction, and Im calling him on it.

I don't know, more like talking normally in front of the Squad, then I say to my Squad, "Excuse us."

Then Miri and I find a spot where no one is around. All of a sudden we grab each other and Make Out!

Stating facts would help your case more than saying "but...".

But let me be the mature one. I'm done. This has nothing to do with Miranda.
