No, I will not stop posting this.

The kiss is nice but I'm sure Miranda has received many kisses before.
But has anyone ever told her what Shepard says in the Paragon version? Oh, I doubt it and that's one of the reasons it's my canon.

Finally, someone who shares my reasoning.

Oddly, death is not what I fear for Matt. I fear having to let the galaxy burn to keep them together. Because I'll pay that price to have them together.

I second this notion.

Just Matt though, and only because I put him and Miranda through a lot of extra crap in Portrait. And I didn't do it for tragedy.

I liked the playful aspect of the renegade option that situation created. It didn't feel too out of place and the reaction was priceless.

Don't know where all that garbage at the bottom of my last post came from. Thanks for not quoting it.

I like what Shepard says, but I disliked the flirting afterward, and prefer the teasing leading up to the kiss.

I thoguht the renegade (Or at least, the way Shepard dropped the dialogue) made Shepard just look like an ass.

There's teasing, and then there's insults.

It's clearly teasing and taken in that spirit. She's not offended, she's enjoying it.

Life and the conversations within it are rarely perfect. Both situations fit my honorable but sometimes rebellious character.

Quick question for those with the PC version of ME2, what are you using to take screenshots?

I know.

I just find fault with the way Shepard delivers the line.

Let's look at the context. Miranda has just finished beating herself up. The kiss dialogue gets her to own a success. The Paragon dialogue provides much needed emotional support. Both are paths to the end of helping her with her self-esteem issues.

What are some specific expectations anyone else may have of Miranda's story in ME3?

Knowing me, the romance is big one for me, as is the missing ending.

A culmination of the romance and more growth in the understanding between her and Shepard. If Miri's not a regular squadmate, at the very least several opportunities during the game for them to come together and deepen their relationship and perhaps a couple of chances for both of them to save each other from peril. At least two missions with her as a temporary squadmate and a meaningful mission for her critical to the plot when she's not with him, something that always keeps Shepard thinking about her and worrying about her.

And of course, the chance for a happy ending for the two of them. I also think there is a great opportunity for a DLC that will fill in any lose ends or missing fan expectations or valid plot vehicles provided by the fans or creative team that came too late to make the release date.

to take ss in ME2, you could use a modified coalsced.ini, xfire, fraps, etc.

MEFan, I recommend that you don't buy ME3 and just stick to these forums so as to retain your inner zen and happiness.

This is because of the Great TaliFanwank Movement that sadly resulted in BW abandoning all useful and relevant characters in exchange for that chicken in a bukkit in ME3. We should've gone into the fanwank mode like those taliwankers so that Miri would've had some screentime in ME3 instead of being the complacent bast**ds we were. Oh well, too late now.

You all are so broken down because of so much fear and doubt when it's obvious that BioWare wouldn't have scammed us. They are aware of our Love for Miri. All you all need to do is stay calm, and don't think on it TOO much. Don't get overconfident. Just have faith, like I need to.
