...what? If you're a civilian in wartime and you kill someone it's murder unless it's self defense. A soldier is a lot more grey and I'm not sure about soldiers. Doesn't matter because as of ME2 no one in Shep's crew counts as a soldier.

Murder doesn't give a damn about morality. Just because the victim was a "bad" person doesn't make it any less murder.

Your completely invalid point since neither Shep or Miranda are soldiers? That's what you're talking about? (As of ME2 anyway. Shep needs to be reinstated. Miranda was never part of the military in the first place). Yes that did indeed go over my head seeing as it has nothing to do with anything. If Shep's not attacking whoever in defense (of himself or another) or has lawful backing it's murder. It doesn't matter how evil s/he was.

Ever since I began to take the time to appreciate Miranda as a character, I agree. 

My favorite romance, and my favorite overall character, along with Garrus and Liara.
