So I read the last couple of posts and people wanted a visorless Miranda.  So after about 5 minutes of tinkering around here are my results:













You need Texmod to get it to work but there it is

@jtav: Add this to the OP until JeanLuc does the high res version? I've contacted him to do a high res non visor version (it doesn't take long)

Excellent point, Mordin altered an entire species genetic structure in order to control the fertility rate, without causing complete sterility. If he can alter Krogan genetics that accurately, I'm certain he can cure Miranda's infertility.

I strongly feel this plotline needs to be resolved.

Neither link works. And I think I know why.

By default, the file is set to hidden/private. You need to set it to public.

Miri is still Beautiful, even with the Visor. I use a Visor too, so we match. <3<3<3<3^_^





Our matching Armor and Visors remind me of Tron, in a sense lol. And Tron is Awesome.:happy:

And she'll only wear it when we are not on the Normandy, just like me.

Meh. I decided not to use the mod. The head piece without the Visor wouldn't make sense, it's a visor.

Miri is still Beautiful, even with the visor.

I keep the visor because Miri and I are a Matching Pair.

But she only wears it outside of the Normandy.

It does make sense.

As it looks, the visor is either pseudo-holographic like the haptic interface screens, or it is a transparent foil. In the first case the headpiece would be the projector and you'd be able to switch it off, in the latter it could be retracted into the headpiece. So it would make sense she switches it on in combat, and off elsewhere. Since we get the best look at her in dialogue scenes and cinematic sequences, we'd mostly see her with the visor switched off / retracted.

That's the thing, she'll only have that Armor in Combat, not on the Normandy, or places like Illium or The Citadel.

And like I said Miri and I are a matching pair. As you can see we both have Visors. 
PS: We look like some kind of couple from the Grid in Tron lol.

We both look like we kick ass.

JeanLuc's hi-res version of the armor will come when it will come. That may be tomorrow, half a year from now or never. I have one full playthrough and another half one in the pipeline anyway, and I also have saved games before almost all of Miranda's scenes. I don't think there are many MIranda scenes more than five minutes play-time away from some saved game.

I do have the alt appearance pack 2 but I never use it. It's awesome to see while in combat (aka; most of the game) but it just looks so incredibly stupid for her to be wearing full plate armour while she's sending reports off to the Illusive Man.

It's like, the mirror image of the old problem!

You do know that you can change the outfit in the team roster screen of your private terminal between missions? Inappropriate armor is only a problem when you jump directly from the end of a mission to a "Miranda's office" scene, i.e. in the Jack/Miranda conflict.

For what it's worth, Shepard addresses TIM in combat armor on at least 2-3 occassions.

I honestly don't mind. Seeing her in her catsuit or loyalty outfit during missions bothers me more than the short scenes inside the Normandy. And I usually change her out with the terminal next to the galaxy map anyway.
