You guys see the series finale of Chuck? Very sad. But there are a few times when she says the word "Mission" and it sounds exactly like she says it in ME2. Was having flashbacks.

Hope they make a reunion or epilogue episode eventually, or a canon book follow-on.

Well poison just sounds like such a romantic way to kill someone. Almost like it pains the killer so much that they physically couldn't go through with it.

I prefer the garrote... you can pretty  make those out of almost anything and easily concealed.

They are dispensable, the explosion woldn't take down Shep, but it could confuse him.

I Like the sketch it has nice style to  love the eyes and and the eye brow, looks like how I would see her being admit.

For the record jtav I hate the thought of Shepard or Miranda even fighting, much less actually trying to kill one another. I'm also strongly allergic to her "staying" with Cerberus by which I assume you mean the current incarnation, not the more ideal version we all talk of her heading. Still my mind is morbid enough and attuned to the dark side enough to provide a suggestion: treachery.
Direct combat, either by her personally or anyone she cares to send is a waste of time and frankly as boring as it is unlikely to succeed. But treachery presents so many options. Seduce, befriend, gain his trust, perhaps even sacrifice something close to her to seemingly prove she's on his side. The layers of deception you can add to this are nearly limitless. As is the method by which she finally strikes. A poison strong enough to overcome his enhanced healing? A simple worm to shut down and degrade his cybernetics? Or even a swift omni-blade between the shoulderblades?

You were asking something different perhaps. Merely a boast or idle talk? I don't know what you have in mind. But you could write a whole other work on how Miranda kills Shepard through treachery, or uses him to take down the Illusive Man and then kill him (or vice-versa). I would hate it too much to get into it because of my attachment to the characters. Objectively speaking though it'd be damn compelling.
